Sharing with a couple and 1 single female we are a very clean house you will be expected to keep the common areas tidy when you use them. Netflix, internet ,power and water is included as long as it's not in excess. room has a built in wardrobe. wildlife can be seen in the back yard regularly Koalas and kangaroos .Please come and take a look and have a chat about it with us, all household equipment is here for you to use you will need to bring your own linen. if furnishings are not required that is fine, they can be removed from room
