Welcome to this post-war Queenslander with wooden floorboards, a great outdoor entertainment area, and a comfortable backyard! The house is a stone's throw from Carindale shopping center and two smaller food and retail areas, plus great access to nearby bus routes. It has proven to be in an extremely convenient location and only 8km from the CBD.
I am the property owner, which means I can be used very flexible and can also make some adjustments that will make you more comfortable! I look forward to hearing from you.
Please note, there is only one room for rent. The option is between a smaller room with a shared bathroom or a larger room with own bathroom and airconditioning.
Flatmates
You will be sharing this house with two full time professionals both working typical 9-5 jobs in the city. We enjoy sharing the odd meal and time on the weekend but generally spend our weekdays in independent routines. I am originally from Darwin so being laid back is in my blood! I am also the owner of the property and as such can be very flexible to help make this place feel like home!
