This house is on a quiet street and ideal if you want privacy and cleanliness. 10 mins walk to Carlton Station or 12 mins to Kogarah Station and walking distance to both public and private St George Hospitals. Seeing is believing but you will love the house. Its ambience and open living spaces will surprise you. There is a huge island kitchen with you will have you own cupboard and drawer spaces.
The house is unusually large and spacious and you could feel that you are the only one around. I suggest, an inspection first. Every rooms has a new queen bed. The upstairs rooms have fully built-in wardrobes and drawers and also a desk and ++.
UPSTAIRS: Currently there are 2 friendly professional ladies in their 30s staying as long term tenants, each with their own room and a shared bathroom. There is a 3rd room upstairs for another lady to occupy.
DOWNSTAIRS: There is another bedroom downstairs currently used for short term tenants. Tenanted by a couple now but available from 21 November 2016 for $50/day or $280/week for a min 12 weeks stay . Adjacent to this bedroom is another bathroom which could be attached, subject to conditions.
It is essential that you are a friendly and considerate person. If cleanliness or being tidy is not your personal trait then you will stick out like a sore thumb from the rest staying here. You are of course going to use your room as a quiet and private place to unwind. You have outgrown parties, booze sessions or anything else that would annoy the others. But you do enjoy the occasional dinner and drinks together with your new housemates. If you are all of the above, you will be welcomed.
