The house is located on a quiet street and ideal if you want privacy. It is well away from the noisy part of Carlton Station (9 mins walk) or Kogarah Station (12 mins walk). It is just 5 mins walk to St George Hospital.
The house is exceptionally large with open living spaces. A huge island kitchen which allows multiple persons to cook and prepare their meals at the same time. You will have your own storage spaces for your utensils and dry goods. You will also have your own space in the fridge and freezer.
UPSTAIRS: Room 1 is the largest of the tenanted room upstairs. Each bedroom has a high quality queen bed (replaced every 2 years). The bedrooms are equipped with fully built-in wardrobes and drawers, a desk and a reverse cycle air conditioning. This room has an ottoman.
The common spaces of the house are maintained by a maid. But you must clean up after using any space so the next person is not burdened by any mess.
Currently two of the rooms have long-term tenants, both friendly professional ladies. The bathroom upstairs is shared and it is very large and has built-in cupboards and drawers which is shared.
You are a friendly and considerate person. Cleanliness and tidiness are your personal traits and it follows you from the kitchen to the bathroom and into your bedroom. You use your room as a quiet and private place to unwind and recharge. You enjoy the occasional dinner and some drinks with your housemates.
