The room for rent is reasonably sized and fits a free-standing wardrobe, a large shelf, queen bed and a large desk comfortably. The bedroom floors are hardwood.
Flatmates
I am moving out, but the other 2 house mates are excellent to live with. They are social, but also quiet and respectful of your space if that's what you want! They are tidy, friendly, and are both graduating uni this year to start working as full-time professionals. The female is a lovely American working as a nurse, and the male works in business.
