Hey! I am looking for a potential housemate for my 3 bedroom front unit in Burwood. There is one bedroom which is currently furnished (optional) - built in robes, space for a double bed. The third bedroom is to be a study-office space, as i sometimes work from home. The house would suit someone mature minded, independent, easy going clean and tidy - i want the space to be friendly, safe and homely. The house is freshly painted with freshly polished floor boards. I work part time at this stage (as an academic) .. enjoy socialising, gardening, working on the house - landscaping the garden and dyi.
Im keen for things to be uncomplicated.
I have a large, docile dog called Nelson and there are great parks and gardens nearby- mostly why i bought the house. And its close to all night trams from the city. I like music.. banter, a glass of red in the evening... nice food.. and positive, and quality company.
There is a lounge area and open space dining, biggish kitchen, porch and loads of potential.
