Sadly the two girls currently residing (3yrs & 2yrs as tenants) are both moving on; one overseas and the other in with her partner.
So it will be a fresh start with the male owner who is easy going, eats and keeps healthy (mostly) (some gym, running around the tan thats just across the park, sometimes riding to work) (maltesers & icecream being the exception). Works Mon-Fri as a Project Manager. You can meet the current girls if you inspect and get a feel for the vibe of the house.
Happy relaxed house, we generally cook for ourselves, with the occasional Sunday dinner as a family.
We take pride in the house and its treated as a home not a hostel.
