The building is located in the free tram zone area of the Docklands, offering easy access to the city and Southern Cross Station. In addition to easy transport just outside the door, there are also an abundance of cafes/restaurants downstairs too.
The flat is light and airy and has great views over the water. There is a gym, outdoor heated pool and BBQ/courtyard in the communal area which is available for use - fantastic for Summer (plus the flat has air con too!).
***UPDATE REGARDING PARKING - there are currently carspaces available for rent in the building carpark, approximately $40 per week.
You will be sharing with a 34 year old, professionally employed female, and ideally you'll be professionally employed too.
I am fairly social and also try to keep fit and active, so during weekends I'm generally out and about, although during the week tend to be a bit quieter.
I enjoy coming home and having a chat and a drink or two with my housemate after work, but also do appreciate having our own space.
It is vital that the new housemate is neat and tidy, and willing to share domestic chores. Most importantly though, must be friendly and up for a laugh! :-)
