I am looking for a university student or a professional to share a 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom apartment at Riverway Point apartments on 38 Gregory Street, Condon, QLD, 4815 in a secure/gated community. A responsible, non-smoker, clean/neat student or professional is highly desired. The rent for the room advertised is $135/week. Electricity is not included, hence electricity bills are to be equally shared each bill period. The apartment is not furnished, however refrigerator and washing machine will be provided. Internet is optional and can be installed and the bills shared equally.
As I am a student, it would be best to keep the place a good, quiet study environment. University students or professionals who are like-minded are most welcome.
