The second upstairs bedroom is not rented. This means the upstairs area will be a quiet retreat for you.

Downstairs is shared air conditioned living area, also with fans. Large fully-equipped kitchen, fully-furnished dining and living area. Separate laundry with new washing machine and access to outdoor clothes line through back door.

Private back yard. Front entertainment patio area leading out to enclosed front yard (perfect for BBQs to relax with family and friends).

Property is situated in a secure, gated community of well-maintained townhouses; nearly all are owner occupied. Secure off-street parking available, as well as extra spaces for visitors.
