Looking for a cheerful, clean, friendly female aged 21 to 40, with employment. International students also welcome. Non-smoking. No pets.

Included in rent is unlimited internet, water and gardening. Electricity shared.

Downstairs bedroom and bathroom is occupied by a good-natured 25 year old Graphic Designer and his lovely 25 year old fiance. Daniel catches the bus into the city for work. Momo is a great cook. Both are quiet, easy-going housemates, who enjoy a social chat, but also respect your need for privacy.
