Looking for a mature and friendly person to share half a house with one other flatmate.
Your room is huge, almost 8 metres by 4 metres, with its own shower and toilet facilities, and also private entrance. The kitchen is newly renovated and family room has a beautiful outlook over the Gardiners Creek reserve and parkland with a large outdoor entertainment deck. House is unusual because it has two, completely separate living areas, making for flexible living arrangements. It offers a quiet and convenient lifestyle with direct access to parkland and bike tracks from the back of the block (a gate onto the park). You will be walking distance to Wattle Park, local shops, route 70 tram direct to the city, and buses to Box Hill Central.
The house has a water tank and solar panels on the roof, which means that electricity is cheap. It also has air-conditioning and ducted heating. There is off street parking for two cars.
Bills and internet are split equally and are additional to the rent.
I would prefer someone with a mature outlook, with a stable and easygoing personality. I myself am quiet and easy-going, and work for community organizations.
