Looking for a housemate in nearly new 2 beds+2 baths apartment in South Yarra (1 year old), very convenient to public transport (2 min walking distance to Tram no 58 and 5-10 min walking distance to South Yarra Train station)
All restaurants (Nandos, Miss Chu, Chinese/Malaysian restaurant and others along the chapel street) just 1-2 min walking distance.
all furniture were purchased from new and in the excellent condition - well maintained. it's situated in a very good location and considered one of the best suburbs in the Melbourne where you can find all best cafes, restaurants in this suburb in walking distance.
It's fully furnished apartment, great chosen quality of mattress (queen size - King Koil brand), mattress also covered using bed protectors as well as the pillows.
You'll have your own bedside table and all white goods are available (shared television in the common room, washing machine, fridge, sofa, dining table and etc). You just need to bring your clothes and hassle free to furnish the apartment.
Some Bills (hot water + water) will be included in the rent.
Additional bill split would be electricity, it depends on the usage.
I'd assume it'll be very cheap as I'm rarely at home, don't use A/C or heater and rarely cook ~ approx. $15-25 / month.
** The APARTMENT:
It's a boutique apartment, thus there are no facilities available in the apartment.
** The ROOM is using sliding door + own bathroom (Side tables, big wardrobe, reading lamp)
sound proof, fully covered and have full privacy.
My current housemate is moving out with his partner, therefore I need to find a new housemate :)
Hope we can team up!
Please please send me message / text **pls don't call, cause I might be at work.
I am male Indonesian and working professional on weekday.
I describe myself as an easy going bloke, quiet guy and respectful to my housemate's privacy.
Also, I am clean and tidy guy;
Sorry, but I couldn't live with a messy, disorganised housemate.
I always wash up the kitchen / dishes or any home appliances after using it and I'd expect the same thing applies to my housemate (Sink's always empty and no dirty plates or anything inside the sink)
I always keep my place a place called "HOME", therefore I never do any in-house party and love keeping the place quiet and chill.
I've been living in shared apartment for 9 years with many different people from different nationalities (French, Turkish, German, Indo, Thai, Italian, Kiwi).
I've never had any issues with them so far, actually we all become good friends. I'd like to keep my record clean for this. I treat my housemate as if they're my family but respect their privacy.
If you have the same mindset as mine; I'll definitely suit to be your housemate :)
I've always been open for any discussion for any issues.
I'll be rarely at home on the weekday because I am pretty active, 2-3 times a week I play indoor soccer after work, I'll come home around 9.30 PM in most days;
Some other times, pretty much I'll be hanging around at home, watching TV Shows and always up for a board game ( CATAN, Tickets to Ride and others )
Thanks for reading my profile :)
