This is a recently updated two bedroom unit with great views of the city skyline from both bedrooms, as can be seen in the photos. The great thing about living in this property is that it is quiet, fantastic for people who are looking to unwind when they are at home.
Centrally located between Burwood's shopping district and train station (less than 10 minutes walk), Concord's Major's Bay Road cafes and Five Dock, the property is extremely convenient while keeping its distance.
The room is bright, airy and bathed in sunlight in the mornings. The room comes predominately furnished with a double bed, bedside draw and two hanging rails for your clothes. Bills including electricity, home telephone and unlimited internet are included in the price of the rent, As is a small car garage (Although part of the garage is used for some storage.)
There are a few house rules especially after a recent problematic sharing experience. Any new tenant should be sociable but respectful of personal space. They should also be extremely clean especially in shared spaces and willing to work towards building a good living relationship.
I am John, a teacher and I have been living in the unit for the past two years with family although I have been travelling extensively in that time. Recently my family moved overseas and vacated the spare room.
I really enjoy living in this space because it is quiet, offers great views and a great deal of convenience. I love the area and have spent the last twenty years living in the area.
I am sociable, generous and extremely respectful of people's space and shared spaces. Any potential flatmate must be sociable, respectful, extremely clean particularly in shared spaces, willing to put towards shared expenses and apartment upkeep and cleanliness.
