Flatmates

Hi there!
We (me - owner (daughter of - close enough!), Sammy - housemate and Bailey - resident cat!) are looking for a CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, and (moderately) SOCIAL housemate to fill the third bedroom in our happy little house.

Ideally, we would like to be able to share a meal or a glass of wine or see a movie together every now and then. We don't want you to push yourself to be bubbly and engaging every minute of every day, but would appreciate a simple hello when you walk through the door.
If you are someone who would prefer to sneak in the front door and into your room unseen, you are probably not the right candidate for our household, but we wish you all the best in finding your happy place!
Sammy and I both work in retail; I also work in childcare and am currently studying. Sammy is a gamer, and a killer make-up artist!
I love to bake, enjoy a good book and dabble in music (from what I understand if you shut your door you won't even know it's happening - win!) and am also quite outdoorsy - hiking and bushwalking and exploring.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who was raised with common sense - you make the mess, clean it up; you notice the bins are full so you take them out; bathroom looks a bit off so you give it some TLC. A unanimous agreement that a share house entails sharing the housework is essential.

Despite the snarkiness (sorry, that's not a word) of this little blurb, we are nice people! We would love to meet you and have you check out the place we call home - and maybe you can too! Send through any questions you have any time!

Best of luck on your search for the right home,
Em, Sammy and B!
