Brand new house on a quiet street across from the football park where the Brisbane Hustlers (local gay footy team) train and play. Short walk (<5 mins) to the Norman Park train station and short walk (5 mins) to Foodworks and a great cafe I frequent each morning on the weekend for coffee, or (15 mins) to Coles & Woolworths in Coorparoo, so the place is ideally suited for someone who doesn't have a car, however there is plenty of kerb parking, and an empty garage which the current housemates are happy not to use if you have a particular concern about leaving your car (or bike) on the street.
House is super friendly, chilled out and easy going, and has amazing air conditioning and fans in each room which is a life-saver in the heat!
I'm Peter, 26 and work in software in the city. I am usually up and out the door pretty early monday-friday, and training BJJ/MMA at the gym down the road almost every night until late and usually spend the rest of the time hobbling around the house recovering from the beatings :). I do a lot of cooking (nothing exciting) and can often be found in the kitchen as well as provoking Chris, one of the other housemates and a new lawyer, into friendly debates that he never wins!
Chris is in his early 20's and works 3-4 days per week as a lawyer in the city after recently graduating and still studies most nights as well as going to the gym ridiculously late at night. Really great guy and super easy to live with
Scott is the youngest in the house, just started a new shift work job, while trying to become a flight attendant with Virgin and is a JP (really handy if you need stuff signed). Super organised so the house is always really neat and tidy thanks yo him
