It’s the end of an era and I am moving out of my much-loved three storey town house in Brunswick East. The house is in a great spot, just around the corner from Lygon street, where there is an abundance of cafes/ restaurants and bars including 400 Gradi, Gelobar and B.East to name a few.
The bedroom available is on the ground floor. It has a shower IN THE SAME ROOM and own little bathroom. Basically, you will have the ground floor to yourself and access to a double garage where you can park your car or bike. The double garage also has plenty of room for storage or potential to be converted into a second living room/ studio. The second level is a spacious, open plan kitchen/living area with a good size balcony, which will be ideal for Summer! The top level has the two other bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house is fully furnished, apart from the bedroom available. The existing bed inclusive of mattress, frame and slide out drawers are available to purchase if you so wish.
You'll be living with two super chilled guys, both in their early 30’s and always up for a beer and chat. Zane works for a tea company and Aaron is a foodie who has been on way too many holidays this year. They are usually out and about most of the days and are relaxing at home at nights.
The room will be available on the 30th December and can be negotiable knowing it’s a difficult time of the year for moving. Rent is $850pcm with a $1000 bond.
