Looking to live in the world's best sharehouse? Room available from mid January for $150 (single) or $160 (couple) in Dutton Park, very close to train station, bus, pubs, walking distance to West End/South Bank/Woolloongabba.
The house is huge and there's a lot of space to hang out, so it never feels over-crowded. We have a great setup underneath the house with couches, record player, beer fridge, hammock, surround sound etc where we all like to have a drink and catch up with each other.
Must like music, animals (we have an adorable orange cat), not be racist/sexist/homophobic, and be a generally cool, easy-going person who's willing to be a part of our little family. We are 420 friendly and veg*n friendly but there's usually at least some meat around so pls be aware if that's going to bother you. Desirable but not required: you can add to our growing record collection.
We're a group of friends aged 23 - 27 and we want a new mate, not just a housemate! Here's who you'd be living with:
BEN: 27, musician, owner of our orange cat Jaxx and lover of ice cream and Rick & Morty. Super chill.
LIZ: 24, music publicist/band manager/music journalist, Ben's partner (share a room). David Bowie's biggest fan, intersectional feminist.
RYAN: 27, barista/waiter. Loves nature, gardening & will happily talk to anyone about anything anytime. Lives downstairs.
RACHAEL: 23, works for a vegan food distributor. Passionate Sea Shepherd volunteer, composter & intersectional feminist.
TIAAN: 23, retail worker, studying science. Loves plants, Reese's peanut butter cups, beers (should have said this for everyone, actually) and his Mr Sparkle Simpsons t-shirt.
