One Fully furnished bedroom to rent.
About The location: It is a really quite apartment with nice view, 10 minutes walk to Royal North Shore Hospital. Close to crows nest with lots of restaurants around. There is no car park in building but you can always find car park off the street. Bus Stop in front of building.
Laundry is share for each floor but it is not busy at all and you can use it almost whenever you need it. Electricity will be shared between both of us. There is no internet but you can get yours if you need.
This place is not really a party house but I don't mind to have a couple of drinks on weekends or Friday nights :)
