This is a large, townhouse (not in a complex) on a beautiful tree lined street in Subiaco. The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a detached toilet and a second toilet and shower located downstairs.
The bedrooms are all located upstairs. Your room is of a good size, it will definitely fit a double bed and other furnishings. It also has a built in robe and a vanity desk, as well as your own air conditioner.
Downstairs there is the living room, which is separate from the kitchen and dining area, the laundry and 2 gorgeous courtyards - one at the front of the house and the other at the back (perfect for entertaining).
The house is fully furnished except for your room.
The room is available now so we're looking for someone who is ready to move sooner rather than later.
You'll be living with myself and 1 other person - Harry.
I work full-time in Subiaco in digital marketing. During the week I usually lay low, although I'll never say no to a walk around the neighbourhood, hitting up the cafes and bars on Rokeby Road, doing Jacobs ladder or going on an adventure of any kind.
Harry is a full-time student and also runs his own business (bit of an over-achiever tbh). He's usually already conquered the world before I open my eyes in the morning.
We're both very clean, tidy people and are very respectful of other peoples space and being quite if others are sleeping/studying. We love our cheese and wine, so cheese parties will be likely to make an appearance most weeks. Our weeks are pretty quite but on the weekends we do like to have people over, go out, try new bars/restaurants and socialise.
We're looking for someone to be a friend, not just a housemate as we want to create social house vibes.
If this sounds like you and you'd like to live with 2 rad twenty-somethings, on a central street in Subiaco, please message me for a meet up and I can show you the house :)
