Great location - both shopping centers and bus are easy walk. Older style timber house on massive block of land with old established trees provide a great view from the 11 mts roofed balcony at rear of the house. House rules apply but nothing dramatic - based on common courtesy and consideration for others and the property.
I am a 61 yr old female who is self employed in Soft Furnishings. I will not be one of the flatmates as I will be living independently of them downstairs in my own granny flat. The share area will be the upstairs area of the house which has 2 single and 1 double room. As yet there are no people living in the upstairs area as I have only just decided to rent the rooms. I envisage the future residents to be occupied people who have mature attitudes and are mindful of contributing to a home with a happy atmosphere. They will be expected to be neat and tidy and clean up after themselves.
