Short drive to Coomera Train Station, IGA, service station and Woolworths. Exit 54, 20 min drive on M1 to Griffith Uni/GCUH. Bus stop 500m away to TAFE.
Room has double bed and furnished with built in wardrobe. Own bathroom (tub and sep toilet), plus use of study. Large backyard. 2 sep living areas. Screened outdoor area. Dishwasher and ducted air con (only run AC over 30 deg or high humidity days).

I own this home. I'm low key, work a rotating roster so I like a fairly quiet home.
I have two 12 yo medium dogs (Shetland Sheepdogs) that are inside/outside dogs who are gentle and friendly. They're arthritic, sleep a lot and at night they sleep with me.
Chilled, mature, trustworthy with my fur kids (they've never been boarded/have no street sense!). Prefer a vegetarian, but if not please use own cooking utensils/cleaning cloths/tea towel. Must pay rent on due date, be honest, respectful, take turns with trash and clean up after yourself. Rent-free period for minding my dogs when I'm away is an option.
