A room is available to be moved into from the 12 January 2018 (flexible with dates) as I am moving out. The lease has just been renewed in January so it will be for the full 12 months expiring January 2019.
You will be sharing with 2 housemates in their mid-late 20's, 1 male and 1 female. Both housemates are full time health professionals. Neither housemate smokes. Unfortunately as one housemate is away for the Christmas/New Years period there wont be any inspections of the property until in the New Year.
The house is extremely convenient, well within walking distance to the CBD, North Hobart restaurants and shops. The house is modern, has a nice open living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs which gives the house plenty of space and privacy.
The room comes unfurnished however has a built in wardrobe. The living areas and kitchen are generally well stocked however a couch or two would be great! The house has one bathroom which is shared and two toilets separate to the bathroom.
The house has one off street car park however is on a street which has plenty of all day parks.
NBN Internet, power + gas are additional to rent.
