Walking distance from shops, fast food and bank in quiet school area and an easy 5 minute drive into town.

Current tenants are a couple with two dogs, one medium and one large looking for one more tenant until the end of our lease in February. We are both night workers so we are up late and sleep in late. There can sometimes be some noise at night but negotiations can be made in regards to this.
If you are uncomfortable with dogs be aware that our dogs are allowed inside and like a lot of attention. We would also like someone who would be able to look after them if the two of us have to go out of town for a couple of days as they do not like to be left alone for extended periods.
We are both easygoing, reasonable people and all chores will be shared fairly between all three tenants.
We are having a baby that is due in March of next year so we are unsure of whether we will renew the lease at this house after February, but discussions can be made either way.
