Beautiful unit in Mackay City. The Crown Apartments are centrally located on the river front walking distance from shopping centres, restaurants, entertainment and public transport. The apartment building is extremely secure, with security cameras throughout and a caretaker that is easily contactable. With summer around the corner, you'd be able to take advantage of the large well maintained pool, and enjoy lounging around in the large spa socialising with friends and family in the sun.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and furnished, and fully equipped with cooking utensils, cups and plates, as well as cleaning and cooking appliances. The lounge, kitchen and cupboards (laundry and kitchen) are shared with the other housemates. There is a foyer where a washing machine and drier are kept behind two large doors with the other cleaning products and items, neatly out of the way and out of site.
The main bedroom and en-suite is situated on the river front and opens up on the balcony. The sunrises every morning in front of the river where one can relax to a coffee at the outside sitting area. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed and bedside tables. There is a spacious walk in wardrobe and the bathroom is large with a shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom is located opposite to the kitchen and next to the main bathroom. The bedroom is divided by a walk through common area, separating the main house to the bedroom and bathroom. This divide makes the main bathroom seem to belong to the person that occupies that bedroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed and bedside tables. The window has a useful window sill for ornaments or other belongings to sit. The cupboard is large with plenty of hanging space and if you like shoes, then dozens of shoes can be accommodated.
There are two secure car parks available in the basement.

The house has a chilled culture, with no extreme rules as such. We are all working the Monday to Friday jobs and enjoy coming home to relax and chill out. We are respectful of each other, in opinions, beliefs and most importantly, privacy.
Our living arrangements are simple, we use the kitchen and cook meals, sometimes we cook for each other and other times be are all cooking in the kitchen at one time or one after each other. Washing clothes never is difficult, as we just seem to time it around each other.
Weekends we do a quick clean up and good for the week, if it takes longer than 30 minutes, then we have been too slow. We just get into it, all of us and get it done.
The bills are split equally, that is the electricity and the Telstra NBN internet, and any common consumables, such as dishwashing tablets or cloths, etc.
The house is currently occupied by three people (two males and one female). Unfortunately, this happy little household needs to split up as we have some work commitments to fulfil. One of the male housemate has taken on work outside the region and is paying double rent.
The prospective housemate would need to go through an application process. The house is under a lease agreement and the person wanting to move in will have to sign over their part of the lease. The house lease ends in March 2018.
