This would be ideal for 2 friends looking to move into the same share house. Large property on acreage, has pool, spa, games room, off street or garage parking for your car. The house has separate living areas in fact the rooms available overlook the pool and has lounge attached between the rooms shown in photos.
We have a cleaner that cleans the common areas and we all pitch in and do roles to keep the house and yard tidy.
We all do our own things and don't have a problem with space, timing of cooking, showers etc. The rooms are available now so please talk to the owner in the first instance then come and meet us.

Currently we are 3 21yo respectful male housemates, A social easy going person will fit in well. We have a games room with pool table and darts etc we just hang out together sometimes.
