THE BEACH HOUSE The property is a near new Queenslander with verandahs front and rear. Set amongst trees it is only a 300 metre walk to the beach via a meandering track. The property has kitchen, living, dining, 3 bedrooms up ,seperate toilet, bathroom, polished timber floors, stone bench tops , dishwasher. Solar hot water in installed to minimise the only outgoing being electricity which is a set fee of $10 each per week.The main bedroom advertised has the exclusive use of the table and chairs, bbq located on the rear verandah overlooking a beautiful rainforest area.
I am a male easy going , I enjoy the beach , camping trips. I have 2 dogs that live with me on the ground level,. other housemates change seasonally .
