The other lounge room looks out over the gardens and is very comfortably furnished with TV etc, and is for tenants use. I am originally from London but have lived in Singapore for 5 years before coming to Perth and my partner is a true blue Aussie. I am very sociable and enjoy a chat at end of the day or a glass of wine but respect other people's privacy.
