Step into life in leafy Yarralumla in the beautiful Yarralumla Shores Estate, with a beautiful three bedroom home just waiting to welcome you into the heart of the National Capital.
The apartment is a beautiful, clean and lovely home with air conditioning, an excellent kitchen with dishwasher and perhaps the best oven that has ever existed (Seriously, it’s worth the rent just to use the oven). Also has a dryer, a fantastic library (which you are encouraged to peruse!) and a pair of wonderful housemates to share with.
The house is five minutes walk from both the lake and the local shops (featuring the best kebabs in the ACT, bar none.) ten minutes drive to the City, and half an hour’s bike ride into the ANU.
The successful tenant will be moving into the charming upper floor bedroom, which is southeast facing, and gets just enough sun in the morning to help you wake up for work. It also features blackout curtains, for when waking up isn’t a priority and has enough room in it for a queen size bed, office, and more. The bathroom is shared with one other.
Bills are split evenly, the last being around $250 (Electricity). Wifi is $20/month. Rent is paid monthly on the 27th, and is $800.
Sharing with two other professional women, both of whom are lovely and fantastic housemates to share with.
The room is coming on offer from the 26th of January, and is on offer because I’m moving to Melbourne for a new job. The house has been my home for a year and a half, and I’d love to have stayed. The Property Management is quick and effective, and very open to communication, and it’s a lovely property to live in.
