All bedrooms are currently available for rent. We can rent individual bedrooms but prefer to rent the entire property. We had a family living here but they have been offered social housing and so they are vacating. The entire property will be empty by Saturday the 18th of August. Please contact me to organise an inspection.
The prices include all bills, unlimited internet and maintenance. We can rent individual bedrooms on contracts between 6 months - 1 year.

If you're interested in teaming up with people or if you're a family, we can rent the entire property for $600/week inclusive of everything but on a minimum 1 year contract. The house is fully furnished, so the higher rental prices reflect that you would not need to buy household items.

The address is 31 Orion Street, Lismore.

Location: The property is located in central Lismore; close to amenities, pubs and shops. The local Foodworks is 200m from the property (just a 3 minute walk), which is open everyday. Alternatively The Lismore Square shopping area is just a 10 minute walk away. There is a gym behind the house (about 50m walk). The house is also down the road from Mary G's pub which has various events. The house is on a one-way residential road with beautiful church views from the front and tree views from the back.

For students: 7 minute drive to Southern Cross University, 30 minutes by public transport (catch the bus from the square), or 35-40 minute walk.

Bathroom features a shower, separate toilet, washing machine and two mirrored vanities to reduce traffic.

Brand new 5kw air conditioner in the main living area which cools and heats the house.

Brand new 55" TV wall mounted in the living room. Two hard drives; one for films, the other for TV shows - with endless choices!

Safety: In addition to the front and back door locking... two internal doors can also be locked for extra security. Each bedroom is lockable with your own key.

Storage: The house features an under-storage lockable area for any bulky items or boxes you do not wish to store in your room.

We have 3 years experience finding tenants that work together to create a harmonious household. We aim to group people together that are like-minded and friendly with similar schedules and habits. As previous renters and students, we understand how difficult it can be to find a clean, comfortable home with landlords that maintain the property. As such we have spent considerable time, effort and money, renovating this house to provide something that we would (and have) live in ourselves. As such, we are looking for tenants that love and care for the property by: reporting any damage in a timely manner, cleaning regularly, always locking doors and respecting the goods inside of the property.

Unfortunately due to having 1 bathroom we cannot accept couples if you only want 1 bedroom, as this would place a strain on the other tenants. Strictly no smokers, drug takers, pets/animals. Extremely clean tenants wanted.
