Located in the heart of Kingston, this spacious apartment is literally across the road from Kingston's restaurants, cafe's, shops and bar. Parliament House, Barton and Russell are an easy walking distance, or only a minutes drive, and Canberra City Centre is 5kms away. The bedroom is large enough to fit a queen bed with additional furniture. It has a double mirrored wardrobe and small balcony. You will also have your own main bathroom and carport, and there is lots of internal storage. The apartment has enough space, so you don't feel like you are living cramped and the balcony is a decent size that over looks the complex garden.
I am 31 and moved to Canberra 5 years ago for work. I am quite active and social and enjoy spending my weekends outside, or away on the coast. However during Canberra winters I am happy to embrace being inside with a nice glass of wine, whilst doing some cooking or baking. I have lived in a couple of share houses - I enjoy catching up and having a chat, but also understand the need for space and privacy every now and then.
