The townhouse is less than a year old and in a perfect location to the City, Morningside gyms, Coles, Woolworths, and The Colmslie Hotel. It is a 5 minute walk to the Norman Park train station, and it is also a 7 minute drive down to Bulimba, Oxford Street and Balmoral Cineplex movie theatre.
There is ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and also a courtyard outside of the townhouse which is perfect for pre drinks, events, and BBQs.
