About the property

Room to rent in house in South Hobart.

:: Looking for:
I’m looking to share my house with a mature woman or non-binary person, who is enviro friendly, considerate, cares about community, is inclusive and respectful of diversity, a non smoker, happily does housework without needing a roster, and is left leaning.

:: The Room:
The room is a good size, easily fits a queen bed plus other furniture, has floorboards, is North facing, has big windows, and a view of kunanyi. There is a double and a single wardrobe in the room, otherwise it is unfurnished. The house is fully furnished.

The house is close to the Salad Bowl, Bear With Me, the Food Store, Ginger Brown, and the South Hobart shops.

:: About me:
Home is a pretty calm and happy place. I’m a morning person, a feminist, and I work full time. I’m vegetarian, you don’t have to be, but if you are vego/vegan that’s great.

I'm happy for music and films and food and drinks and chats and dinner parties etc but not looking for someone who wants a party house.

:: Cost:
Rent is $210 per week (electricity, internet, water etc will be extra)
Plus 4 weeks rent for Bond
You will need to submit an application through the Real Estate

Available: 16 September

About the flatmates

You'll be sharing the house with just me.

I’m mature, I work full time, and I’ve recently moved to Tasmania.
I like a calm home, a happy home, and a fun home - happy for music and films and food and drinks and chats and dinner parties etc but not looking for someone who wants a party house.
