The back end of the house has a large bedroom with built in robes, large bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge would all be for your personal use. We would not be at the house any other times so very suitable for someone/couple who works normal business hours. Utilities, internet, monthly cleaner and gardener included in rent. Dining table, Smart TV and some kitchenware is available for use. The 4 car garage is available after 4pm Mon-Fri and all weekend.
