About the property
"UniView" is a near new house designed and build for student accommodation, it is walking (50m) distance to JCU - just across from Western Hall college,fully self contained and fully furnished with all rooms individually lockable,there is a choice of room with shared bathroom from $170 or with own ensuite and WIR (walk-in-robe) from $210, all utilities (electricity,water,aircon,internet) are included, also free of charge bikes available to tenants. Minimum stay is 6 months but preference will be given to a full year (till 18th of Jan 2020) applicants. Currently we have 2 rooms available, 1 with shared bathroom at $180pw and 1 with own ensuite at $210. Current tenants are: 3 x medicine and 1 engineering, 1 male and 3 females.
