The furnishings include a double bed with two bedside tables, a large desk, a full-size wardrobe plus additional storage space, and an ensuite with a shower. Everything in the photos is fully accurate and up-to-date (except for the bedspread). I'm also more than happy to take some extra photos myself and send them to you.
You’ll be sharing the house with three other quiet housemates, who are all professionals or uni students. There’s a good-sized kitchen, a dining area, a second balcony, and a living area with a couch and TV. A negotiable parking spot is also available.
The nearest bus stop is just 2 minutes’ walk away. It’s less than 10 minutes to the University of Queensland by bus, and about 15 minutes to the city (depending on traffic). Toowong Village is less than 1 minute away by bus!
