About the property

Up for grabs is a room in the inner west's up-and-coming suburb, Summer Hill. Work has dragged me away to Melbourne so I'm left to pass the baton on to a great new roomie for a truly great share house.

The house is fully kitted out with everything you'd ever need to fulfil your share house dream. A set of comfy lounges, TV, two types of video game consoles, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher are all available. The bathroom certainly is generous in size, but not to be beaten the backyard really has some space to relax.

It's a 2 minute walk to the light rail and a 5 minute walk to either Summer Hill or Lewisham train stations.

The room available is the smallest of the lot. It's cosy but fits a double bed comfortably. It features a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors and a large window to fill the room with natural light. It'll come unfurnished so you can make it your own.

A parking spot in the driveway can also be negotiated.

About the flatmates

You'll be living with Nige and Dan, two awesome dudes in their early twenties. They're super respectful, considerate and make for great company. This isn't their first share house and they know how to be great housemates. They enjoy a beer from time to time and are always down for a chat particularly about music.

I'm bummed I have to leave them, so they're looking for a new mate. Ideally someone in their early twenties who's studying or working in something interesting. The perfect housemate will have to jump on the lease.
