No dealing with pesky real estate agents! I'm the owner and have loved living here for many years but we have recently moved as I've had a baby. It's been an environmentally friendly house and we use chemical free cleaners, have a compost bin, solar hot water, green power and avoid plastic as much as possible. We'd love to rent to people with the same values and maintain a friendly relationship with you. I'm keen to fix any issues as they arise. My partner maintains an office in the garage so will come usually once a week on saturday afternoons to work in the space after working at the markets, and he is happy to help with small maintenance issues.
