Fully self-contained granny flat under owner's house in Alawa. Is spacious and air conned. On lovely big block, with landscaped tropical garden in quiet suburb near uni, beach, casuarina shops and 15 min drive to CBD. Two dogs live here, and there will soon be chickens... I'm a 30s professional and work long hours. Around that I am very social and busy with friends, dogs and exercise. At home I am generally quiet, pretty private and just like chilling out around work. It's not a party house. Looking for late 20s to 30s fulltime professional who is independent and who likes to relax at home. Must be respectful and considerate - and also love dogs and chickens! While I value my privacy and would absolutely respect yours - no reason not to have a quiet beer now and then or the odd BBQ through the dry season, if that suits everyone. No smokers sorry - I'm just a hippie at heart..oh no Trump supporters either... If you like gardening you'll be in heaven.

I already have 2 dogs so no more please. There pretty old and chilled out. The house is furnished, there's still plenty of room if u want to bring more though. The room is unfurnished. Must be clean and tidy and willing to chip in around the house. On street parking.
Seeking a room of my own in your pet-friendly household. While I don't bring any animal companions myself at present, I would happily walk your dog and/or mind your pets when you're busy or out of town. 😊 I enjoy cooking (mostly veggo), occasional shared meals (if you like), and gardening. I am clean (but not to the point of phobic, haha), and will do my part to keep communal areas tidy and clean, too. I am a health professional working several days a week in the CBD; I also attend the Buddhist temple in Leanyer regularly, so a location between the two would be purrfect. I do work from home occasionally, too, so ideally I'm looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, with wifi... AC, whatever the exact opposite of louvre windows is, and good water pressure will also be rated highly. 😝 Oh, and I don't have a car, but I will need a spot for a bicycle &/or scooter.
Hi people! I am a Kiwi recently returned to Darwin (6 year previous resident) from living in Bali and now have commenced full time employment on 23rd April. I am a professional 50 years of age (going on 35!!!) Travelling and experiencing different cultures is my thing so I'm a constant and experienced traveler...it never leaves your system!!! I even have my own online adventure travel company operating out of Bali - in start upstage at this point in time so hence back in Darwin for some cash flow I'm an extremely tidy non smoker and although I enjoy a beer I generally like a quiet life and respectful of others privacy and cleanliness of shared common areas. I previously leased a 4 bedroom Townhouse in Coconut Grove and rented out 2 of the bedrooms with singles or couples (in 20's & 30's at different times - including smokers) so I am a very easy going house share person. Kind regards to all who read this and take this application under consideration... Al
Hey, I'm Josh 26 and from Wales UK. I have just moved to Darwin after backing around Asia for 3months. Iv just sercured a full time job at the airport so need to move away from the city. I'm a outgoing person that loves his hobbies, sports, skateboarding and music.
Large house has pool with tropical garden, 2 sheds with plenty of storage space, nice outdoor undercover veranda and off-street parking. Kitchen and living areas are shared. The location is great! It’s just a few minutes from local shops, shopping centre, beaches, uni and across from a school. Bus stops near by. Power bill is split evenly and there's solar heating to keep the cost down. Newly renovated kitchen also has a gas cooktop. Shared internet. The room has aircon, ceiling fan and is furnashed with a bed, cupboard, desk/chair. Require 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. Preferring someone who is clean, respectful and down to earth. Sorry, but no cats, dogs or couples. There are currently 3 nice working people living here and with the layout of the property, privacy is better than your average house. Room is available to move in from 29th March.
I'm easy going, clean and tidy and very social although I am new to the Darwin area so don't have many friends yet. I'm up for anything and am a very honest happy go lucky kind of person. Moved here for a job in nursing. My dog is a German shepherd cross. She is a beautiful girl that can be timid when she first meets someone but then is fine around them.
I am from Melbourne and looking for a place to live while in Darwin doing FIFO work. Would be away 1-2 nights a week. I am a friendly, easygoing and relaxed person. I like to be outdoors being active but I also like to relax reading a book or watching a movie. I am happy to help around the house and like animals 😊

I'm from Sydney and will heading up to darwin for work April-August for a change of scene, however it may be longer. Working up to 80 hours a week isn't unusual for myself. I enjoy my career and get to see some great sights and meet some incredible people. I am neat and tidy with good personal hygiene. Partial to quality beers and scotches. I do not smoke, take short showers and firmly believe the toilet paper goes over, not under. I'll be bring my dog Cookie with me, she's impeccably trained (sit, drop, stay, up, down, get out, on your mat, drop....) and won't touch anything she's not meant to including a perfectly cooked ribeye steak on the coffee table. Her breed is closest to an Australian Shepherd. She is an outdoor dog that will only come inside when invited. I currently own a place in Sydney where I am currently letting out a spare room. My current housemate of 18 months can provide a reference if required.

I'm Antoine, a french student, who need a roommate for 4 months, from 29 th May to 25 th September approximately. I'm organised, and I've already live in roommates so living in a shared flats does not bother me. About Sonia, her duration of flatsharing is a little shorter. She more organised than me, we are calm when necessary but not against a little noise from time to time.
