Hi, Ladies! I am an Airline professional and myself and myself- employed partner is offering the Private Master Ensuite Bedroom of our home which in itself offers a Walk in Wardrobe, Own Bathroom, and Balcony. It‘s modern neat two-storey spacious and very organised townhouse which is fully furnished with heaps of space. There is also no other flatmates living here. Perfect for someone who is a full time working professional - friendly but likes their space. We respect privacy and personal space so we prefer someone who is like-minded, neat and tidy, pet-friendly, considerate, friendly and positive minded. Two adorable dogs live in the back yard, (both trained and they will make you feel safe living with us) although you will see them outside when we are not home, when one of us is home they tend to lay on the timber floors inside. Feel free to arrange a meet and greet!
Looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my place. The lease here ends in April and I am unsure whether I will be renewing it. (Lease transfer may be possible if interested...) Your room can fit a queen size bed (3.6m x 3.6m) and has a three door built in robe. There are also Foxtel access cables in the room. There is a large backyard with a built in brick BBQ (though I have no idea how to use it?). Bathroom has bath and shower and there is a seperate toilet. Also, I have very minimal furniture, I don't have a TV, I pretty much just have a couch and the rest of my stuff is my bedroom furniture. I have the necessities, fridge, washing machine, microwave, which you can use. So, someone who doesn't mind not having much furniture, or who wants to live somewhere where they can build up their own collection, would be ideal. And I also have a manual espresso machine & grinder which you will love if you're a coffee/hot choc person! To get a scope of the house, there is also a small study/3rd bedroom that I don't plan on renting out. Happy to share use of it aswell (perhaps for storage or another desk..?) The house is roughly 2 km away from Melton station (4 min drive, 16 min walk) and the 459 bus stop is around the corner (2 min walk, 220m away) which takes you to Woodgrove shopping centre and the station. There's also a milk bar and park next to the bus stop (2 mins walk). A Coles will also be opening at the train station early next year. Unlimited ADSL2+ internet available for an additional $30 per month. I have a four year old dog named Milo, she is a mini foxie which is a small breed of dog and is desexed. She is mostly an inside dog but she's quiet and sleeps a lot. I also have a cat who keeps to himself but loves cuddles too, so someone who is an animal lover is a must! Send me a bit about yourself and any questions you may have and Ill be happy to answer them and also send you some more photos of the house.

I (Micaela) work with children and Jemimah works with disabled adults so we are both quite patient people; we are also very organised. My job is 9-9 and Jemimah often does late nights or night shifts so we are very rarely in the house at the same time. We both like to be clean and tidy at all times. I enjoy being social so most of the time I am out of the house. Jemimah likes her down time a little more and enjoys winding down at home after work. We both currently reside in Ascot Vale.
Hello, I am friendly and easy to get along with. I don't smoke so I won't bother you with it and if you smoke, that's cool. I'm anti drugs, I wouldn't mind sharing a beer, or cooking dinner. I write poetry, read and like my ps4. Started gym and will be going university, so I'll be in and out often. Also working as a disability support worker. Thank you. Kind regards. -Peter

My name is Ayako which I understand is hard to pronounce so just call me Aiko. I'm from Japan and Vietnam, but can speak English fluently as I've lived in Australia for almost 10 years now. Currently a year 12 student, sounds unorthodox, I know. But, there are a quite of few optimistic ways to view this! Firstly, I'm a studious, conscientious and committed student. Hence, I won't be home much due to school, work and gym. I'll be spending most of my time after-school at the local library or probably at the gym. I'm outgoing and love pets. I've owned fishes and a plethora of dogs (which I have many adorable photos to show). Secondly, I'm a mature but humorous dog lover! I'm always willing to spend time with everyone, open-minded and will be always up for a chat when I'm home. I'm willing to cook dinner for everyone (free of charge) hehe and excited to learn about the adult life. I have lots to learn, but I also have lots to show for my fellow flatmates.
