This house is located just a 10 minute drive from the beach, a 3 minute walk to the servo, and just a 5 minute drive to the local shopping mall which has a Coles, a Kmart, and a Reject Shop. The house is furnished excluding the room up for rent. We have unlimited internet supplied by iinet that is included in the rent, along with split cycle air conditioning in the lounge room and ducted air conditioning into all the bedrooms and the lounge. All of the bedrooms have their own lock on the door. The most generic rule we have here is if you don't buy the food, don't eat the food. The only other thing we ask is that you lock the main door when you leave. One thing that you should know before coming in is that the back and front yard are about to undergo major renovations via the Landlord. The rent will not be going up, but we will be getting off-street parking in the front yard and the back yard will be getting done up. The reason I mention this is because it's more than likely not suitable for a dog whilst this is happening.

I am not a party guy, I prefer to watch television, study and sometimes play my acoustic guitar (low volume) to relax. Its extremely important for me a place where I can concentrate in my studies. Also, I cook every week (2 or 3 times a week) but I can respect a schedule to use the kitchen. After using the kitchen I clean it up. I am student and have part time job in the CBD, so it is important to have good and fast access to public transportation.
