Hello. I am in my early 40's and am a professional who works full time within the Regency Park area. I have been with the same employer for 20+ years and love my job. I have recently separated so would like to move into the area. I have my own car and would prefer off street parking if this was possible. I can supply my own furnishings. I am fully independent. I have a small dog but have other arrangements for him so it is not essential, but would be nice to see him occasionally ...but again not crucial as I have other opportunities to see him. I am very neat and tidy, and keep to myself. I am getting back into fitness and healthy eating. I don't smoke but would occasionally have a social drink. I am completely respectful and respect one's privacy. I am initially looking for approx. 2-3 months but maybe longer. Ideally I would prefer to move mid to late January.
I am very friendly, fun and most importantly clean and very tidy. I work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster on the afternoon shift at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Thebarton so I am looking for a place nearby work, I also work saturday nights at a club and generally go out during the day on weekends. I also have a young child that will be staying with me during weekends but as I said before we would barely be home on weekends. I enjoy food very much and eat out more often than I should. I also enjoy cooking and trying new meals. I keep to myself and do my own thing, I enjoy my private space and will not annoy anyone. I also have a car and motorbike so will require 1 space off street parking ( my car and bike usually fit in one space) I would prefer only one other person in a share but definately no more than two other people.

I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
I'm a 31yo part time student (creative writing) and PA. I am heavily involved with the Fringe, and will be out of the house for the majority of February and March. I keep to myself mostly, and read a lot. Privacy and personal space is a high priority for me, as I am staying in a place where I have neither, and it is wearing away at me. I love to cook, and I am ridiculously clean. I do have mental health issues, which are managed by a team of professionals, and they don't pose any sort of an issue. I am a very active/hands on person so i love to make sure my surroundings whether inside or out in the garden are comfortable clean and welcoming :) I am a music producer and work daily with my UK crew, even though i may seem like a recluse, I am constantly creating and trying to keep the creative flow alive so i tend to keep to myself and my work more often then not. I have the most amazing soul in the form of mans best friend, my dog Bosco! :) He is a 2.5yrold American Staffy X Rhodesian Ridgeback and is FULLY trained from 6weeks old when I first got him :) But the only way to describe him is to not and leave it up to meeting him and finding out for yourself and falling inlove with him like almost absoloutely ANYONE who gets to know him does lol :) (He is not the first dog i have trained/owned so i can assure you that by fully trained i mean inside and out! ) *** AND YES HE IS CAT SAFE AND FRIENDLY! He just wants to play and be happy with all walks of life!*** I love to cook also and when I do socialize and pull myself away from producing I usually love to cook and share with others as i believe good food should be enjoyed by all. I walk Bosco twice a day (times of day and night can be very irregular due to setting my own work hours and dealing with overseas time zone differences) and also pick up at least a night or two's work at my friends newly opened Cafe.
