Hello, my name is Alex and my wife is Swe Zin. I am a full-time school teacher and I will be starting working at St Albans Secondary in term 4. I need accommodation until the end of the year and preferably longer. My wife is Burmese and she is currently studying to become a teacher assistant. We are looking for a unit, a granny flat or a room with ensuite in a shared house, not too far from public transports, with easy going and friendly housemates. If you think you have got what we need, send us a message. Regards, Alex and Swe Zin
PLEASE NOTE: with all due respect to all the male renters out there, this is a FEMALE ONLY household due to strong preference of the current tenants. The largest bedroom in the house is up for grabs! Situated in a newly renovated pad, fully furnished with a 50 inch Samsung smart TV, built -in wardrobe, double bed, desk, office chair, bedside table, bookcase, laundry basket, extra single mattress for guest, and drawers providing plenty of room for storage. We have tried our best to make this place a very cosy and comfortable home. We have a spacious living area with a big screen TV and Chromcast if youre a Netflix fan. Open space kitchen connected to the living area is well-equipped with utensils and appliances (from an everyday standard kettle to our latest addition aka the Philips Air fryer XL for your fix of yummy but healthy sweet potato fries) Moreover, the house is superbly positioned in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short stroll (around 10 min) to Albion train station, Sunshine Marketplace, baseball field, local schools, bus stops, parks. The location is perfect for someone who seeks the convenience of living close to the city but also have a penchant for a quaint and suburban-ish vibe.
My partner and I are 22yo and our friend Kyle is 18. We are all very relaxed, opened minded, and are looking to move closer to the west/north side (with some exceptions). I work in Australia post in sunshine and currently live in a Pakenham (It’s insane I know!!). We are all relatively private people, and like our own space but do love to socialise and hang out. We all love the outdoors as well. My partner and I have a dog named Hannibal, he just turned 1 and don’t let the name fool you, he is the biggest sook for affection ever. He just wants love, kisses, cuddles, and maybe some of your food ;) (but don’t worry he does not beg). He is fully house trained, very obedient and short furred. Brad is currently studying and looking to work with me after his studies, hopefully by next year. Ideally we would like to all have a room of our own, but my partner and I are also happy to share one larger room together. Being close to public transport would be great, as none of use a car. Closest to train stations would be ideal, if not any buses work too. Hopefully we are what you are looking for :)
Hello, my name is Nuam and I am an 18 year old who is currently studying year 12. I am a tidy, respectful and considerate person who cleans up after themselves. I love animals so I wouldn't mind having them around the house if you are a pet owner. I absolutely love playing and watching footy (AFL) and am a sport enthusiast, but I don't mind if you have zero interest in sports. Apart from playing sports, I like to read books in my spare time and enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend.
I am a mature age individual who enjoys the company of friends and family. I have lived in share accomodation for four years and found it quiet enjoyable. I am currently looking for a low maintenance place to stay as I am working full time and just require a place to lay my head.

Moving to Melbourne on the 1st/2nd week of Nov. Preferably looking for a female housemate of the same. Preferably looking for a month or two stay first to get used to the place and then to extend to long term lease, since my program is 2 years. :)

Hello! I am looking to live in a share house. It is important to me that this is a quiet house as I will be entering Honours next year. I also would prefer a desk to be able to fit in the bedroom or a place where I can study undisturbed. I would also like for there to be a BIR if possible. In a perfect world, I would love for an ensuite/own bathroom and some form of air con in the room. I am a social being and I would like to live with people who aren't scared to have a chat. Looking to hopefully bring along my ginger cat.
I love cooking, beers and talking to people. I am a tech guy and always have my headphones on so no one will be hearing any noise from my room. I love exploring and travelling.
