Hey everyone, I'm a 37-year-old guy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I moved back to Perth in 2016 after graduating over 10 years(!) ago to resume studying at Murdoch Uni for my PhD. Would love to live with one -- maximum two -- other person/s if possible, having lived with three others up until now. Creative arts/music-composer/theatre type, focusing on musical theatre and performing arts. Enjoy socialising but also love my private space. Will have a music keyboard and simple set-up with me, but I'm easy-going and considerate when it comes to housemates, so no dramas. :) Interested to find a room in the locations listed or surrounding areas. I have a car but access to public transport would nevertheless be great. I'm gay, if it matters (honestly, it shouldn't. I'm only mentioning it upfront so that there are no surprises down the road when we get to know each other.) I don't have pets but am open to finding a housemate who has 'em as I have two dogs back home who I miss dearly, especially taking them for walks! I'm a dog person but love cats too. (But dogs would be awesomer.) Clean, respectful and responsible. Not a party guy, though quiet dinners with mates would be lovely. My friends say I'm a fun and funny guy, and I take their word for it. Love a good laugh and love making others laugh. ;) I'm on scholarship, which includes a stipend from the university, meaning that my ability to make rent payment will not be an issue! I've got about 2 years left to go in my research, so even though I mention '6 months' stay, that's just a minimum; happy to extend if it all works out! POST SCRIPT: This is going to make me sound douchey, but I didn't come all the way to Australia just to live with a bunch of Malaysians or Singaporeans. Absolutely no disrespect is intended with this statement, but if you're a Malaysian/Singaporean landlord who ONLY takes in Malaysian/Singaporean tenants, or are looking for a Malaysian tenant to be part of your family household, I'm not interested. Diversity rocks. People from all over are cool. Aussies are awesome. <3 (I'm only adding this because I've received too many such emails. I'm a nice guy, I swear.)
Hi I have a fully furnished room (bedroom furniture can be removed if you have your own) available in a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (bedroom furniture can be stored if you have your own). ALL bills are included (Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, Netflix). It's on a rear block and, being set back off the road, so there's no traffic noise. There is a nice outdoor entertaining area with bbq (great for inviting your friends over) but minimal gardens to maintain. Parking is off street. Shops, Garden City and public transport are close by (there's even a bike to get around) and it's a short trip to Freo. The house is fully furnished and includes all crockery, cooking utensils, aircon (in your bedroom too!!!), heating, Netflix (on a 60" UHD Smart TV) and Wireless Internet (UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD). There is even a full gym. The bedroom is fully furnished, including built in wardrobe, a queen size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a 42" Smart LED TV with Netflix, etc. I won't be living in the house. The current housemates are 31 and 27. If you are looking for a room in a nice modern, comfortable home, this is for you. Whilst it's a non-smoking house, smoking outside is OK. Would also be happy to consider a couple. If this sounds like the right place for you, why not send me a message. Cheers Brad Airconditioned 60" UHD 4K Smart TV Gym Large freezer large extra beer fridge 42 Smart LED in the bedroom Airconditioner in the bedroom Built in wardrobe Chest of drawers and bedside tables
I’m tidy and out going but also like to stay home and just watch movies! I love cooking and keeping fit, don’t mind having a drink or 2 and easy to get along with!
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I work full time in government. I am friendly, tidy and quiet, so I am a peaceful housemate to live with :) I enjoy my outdoor activities (hiking, cycling), fitness, movies, music and travelling. I am looking for 1-2 other likeminded housemates to live with in the Como/Bull Creek/Applecross/Garden City area, preferably close to the train line.
Hi guys I'm a chick from the UK. Pretty chilled, work as a scientist and yoga instructor. Into health and well being but also enjoy a glass of wine. I like a good natter and a good laugh. Not a party animal (anymore). Just relocating from Dunsborough for a new job role and would love to move in with like minded, fun loving people.
Very clean, I keep to myself so I wont annoy you. Pretty antisocial so don't have many friends to invite over. Not into partying/clubbing. I have a cat and netflix account, I've also been told I'm great company and give good advice haha.
Hi, I'm a Belgium traveler lived in all parts of the this globe.. currently working on a documentary and it's time for a new location Perth why not.. Easily outgoing, very tidy person who enjoy company but as well need my private space to work from home. Will be staying in Perth for the next 6 months.
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Moving to Perth from the country, will have furniture and kitchen stuff. I like to stay clean and tidy and don’t spend much time at home as I like to stay active. Flexible on area so long as I can get to public transport 😁
