I'm looking for a place to stay in North Canberra for myself and my small collection of pets. I am a gamer, a bookworm, and a bit of an all-around nerd. I'm a tidy person who works 20 - 40 hours a week (varies each week) in hospitality. Happy to be social or keep to myself during my time off. I have a lovely English Springer Spaniel dog, he is 5 years old , well behaved and house-trained. I also have three rodents that I keep in my room. For fun, I play games, go out to the movies (or netflix) and read a lot! Hoping to find a place for myself and my pets soon. :)
Moving to Canberra in early September from Sydney for work in Belconnen. I'm a friendly, outgoing, easy to get along with, considerate, neat and tidy housemate that enjoys the gym, outdoors and socialising. I'm new to Canberra so hoping to meet new people!
This is a large Studio Room with own kitchenette and balcony. It's fully furnished. Property minutes walk to Jamison Plaza and transport. Utilities included in rent except heating in room. Rent also includes cleaning of shared areas of the property. It's a private quiet space which also has access to house mates in rest of property when desired.
Hi. I'm an easy-going, tidy, reliable, respectful, and responsible flatmate. I'm looking for a room, preferably furnished and with own ensuite/bathroom, for six months. I have a great job - I'm a UX Designer - and sometimes travel for work. I'm renovating a house in Orange, so I head back there at least one weekend a month. I enjoy travel, trivia, board games, movies (especially foreign and arthouse), TV/Netflix, cooking, swimming and reading.

Hey! I'm currently studying full-time at UC and working a hospitality part-time jobs. I have been living in Canberra for nearly 2 years coming from the Central Coast. I like to be social and chat but also like privacy and can respect the same for others. I am clean and willing to pitch in where and when it is needed. I'm easy going and enjoy having or good laugh or listening to some good tunes.
Early twenties, female, incredibly sporty- I race mountain bikes and require a place that has secure indoor space for 3 push bikes and other general garage items. Love company, friendly and open for chats/dinners etc. Also respect others privacy and need for down time. I am working as a shift worker for the government- so will be sleeping odd hours. Love music. Clean and tidy. Love the outdoors.
Hey ;) I'm a relaxed, easy to get along with kinda person. I clean up after myself and have no problems sharing my things/ providing furniture. I'm very social and love being outdoors, it would be awesome to find some people who'd like to come rock climbing or mountain biking with me. I'm currently looking for a place to live while I finish the last 6mths of my degree and potentially beyond that. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you'd like to know more Kind Regards Luke
I'm friendly, easy-going, conscientious, neat and tidy and pretty quiet. I work full time as a vet nurse, a job I absolutely love. In my spare time you'll find me relaxing, watching a movie or TV show, going to markets, out for dinner or walking my dog. I'm in no way a party animal, though I'm not opposed to a glass of wine or two. I like to keep a clean house and nothing annoys me more than people who can't clean up after themselves. I really have no huge preference to suburbs in Canberra. So yes, I have a dog. I also have two cats. Tommy is a 6yr old DSH who does nothing but sleep. Maxie is about 1.5yrs, also DSH. She's very sweet and a bit of a homebody. Roy is a small poodle mix, 7kg, about 1yr old, quite timid when he first meets people but a real character once he's happy and comfortable. The cats are outside during the day, inside at night and, being a vet nurse, I'm lucky enough to be able to take Roy with me to work every day! Both cats are litter trained and Roy is house trained. All three are up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment. Can provide referees.
I am easy going and very tidy. I am also quiet, reliable and easy to get along with! I am a full time student at the university of Canberra and the chair of the CanTeen ACT and SNSW division :) thanks for taking some time to learn about me!
I'm a student at ANU looking to move off campus. I'm 19, and moved to Canberra from Newcastle at the start of this year. I am completing a Policy Studies/Arts degree at ANU as well as working. I have my own car, I'm a non-smoker and a social drinker but not a big partier. I'm neat and tidy, and will work with housemates to keep the place clean. I'm keen to start exploring more of Canberra, and hope to get some bushwalking and small trips done in the uni breaks. I'm looking to move in early September, and would love to find somewhere I can stay for most or all of my degree, so 9 month or longer contracts are preferable.
Hey there, I'm Alex from Vietnam and I'm full-time employed. I'm looking for a place to rent or a room in a house-shared for me and my friend around Belconnen or Bruce. I love outdoor activities and will usually go out during the weekends. Budget p/w: MAX $170 Anyways, I hope I'll be in what I'm looking for if not that's also fine with me. - Tidy and clean environment - Outgoing and friendly house mates - If my mom can come over for holiday visit (negotiatable) - Doesn't mind having a meal tgt/up for a chat or maybe a day/night out. - Helpful in household things. - Does their individual chores. I hope we get along well if we're to be housemates. Cheers
Irish male moving to Canberra for a PhD at the Australian Institute of Sport. When not busy studying or doing research, like to have fun by watching most sports and always up for a laugh. Non smoker and enjoy cooking.
Hi, I'm Sha, 22. I'm a second year Engineering student in ANU. Currently living in Aranda but the lease is up soon. Personality-wise, I'm a rather quiet person yet easy going. I spend a lot of time studying and when I'm not on my computer, I work in a coffee shop. I love baking and am always up for a cold one too. I have lived in shared houses before, so I totally know how to be a good roommate (keeping the common areas fairly neat, not eating your sandwich, not smoking in the house, etc).
Jens and I are 23 and 22 years old, both from Germany and both studying Physics. Jens has graduated already and is going to start his PhD in Astrophysics at ANU. Therefore he will be living in Canberra for at least a few years. I am doing my Masters in Physics and I will come to Canberra to write my Masters thesis in a research group at ANU for about six months. We both like sports and the outdoors a lot and love to go mountainbiking, hiking, skiing, swimming, surfing,... Both of us have lived in shared flats before and like to consider ourselves as pretty uncomplicated as well as clean and tidy. Of course we are always up for a chat or sharing a meal with our flatmates :)
Hey there, I am Thomas. I grew up in Paris and studied Earth Sciences in both Paris and Zürich (five months). For the next three to four years I will be studying at the Research School of Earth Sciences of the ANU as a PhD candidate. I am definitely easy-going, love listening to music, enjoy meeting up and partying with friends as well as watching movies or playing games. Not the best cook, expect me to try, but success is not always there ! Most importantly I would say, always paying attention to others and ready to give a hand ! I am up for a Skype if you consider it helpful, just send me a message.
