Hi there, My name is Nicola, I'm a second year arts student at UC. I'm 22 and have a very smoochy and clean indoor ginger cat named Clover. I'm tidy and generally like to keep to myself but I do enjoy having conversations while making dinner at night and I like occasionally going out for drinks with housemates too. :) I love indoor plants (I have so many!), going on day trips to new places and swing dancing which I do twice a week (you should come along!). I have a really great partner (his name is Sam) who is also studying at UC. We prefer to live separately but he would occasionally sleep in my room. This also means that approx 3 nights a week I'll be away at his place so you'll have the house to yourself quite a bit more than with other housemates. :) We're both polite and tidy people who aim to keep things well organised in communal spaces especially. If my circumstances suit you then please let me know because I'd love to come and meet you and view your space. Nicola :)
My wife Alejandra (26) and I (29) are mexicans and industrial designers. We just got married and this will be our first time in Australia! We are easy to get along with, friendly, happy and helpful in any task. We would like to share experiences and culture from Mexico.

Hi, I am 20 years old and am currently employed. I am studying a Bachelor of Justie Studies at the university of Canberra, although at the moment I am taking a break for a few months. I believe that I am a trustworthy, respectable and reliable, as well as a clean and tidy person. I love to meet new people and to be out and about but I also love a little time to myself to just sit and relax. I also love to cook and listen to music. I am a fun but reliable person and I would love to be able to find a place to live. I am happy to be flexible with my moving date. Thank you for your time!

I am 35, I'm currently living in Perth and just got an exciting job at ANU. I'm looking for a room to stay for a few weeks while I get set up. I don't smoke, work 9-5 and will probably keep mostly to myself/not make noise etc. I'm looking forward to getting to know Canberra, the national parks, art galleries etc. so if you have any favourite spots let me know!
I would be great to live with because I can cook loads of delcious foods, I mostly will stick to my own room in day to day routines, I like to make friendships but also like alone time, I'm happy to contribute to household cleaning and gardening. I'm lgbt+ friendly and left leaning politically. I love animals but I don't have any. I'm not allergic to anything. I don't smoke and drink occasionally. I'm easy going, clean and neat, sociable and respectful of other roomies' privacy. I've lived in flat/house shares for a year and I am now a fully "trained" housemate. I'm working part-time and relatively new to Canberra. I have a Jack Russell female dog who is equally chilled. I'm here in Canberra for a year or two while I update my degree. My dog accompanies me to work and university. If I cannot take her with me, I drop her off at a friend's place so she will be no trouble to my fellow housemates.
I am a quiet person. I don't go out much or have many people over. I am a non smoker. I have no pets but I am a pet lover. I am out of the house around 9-6 weekdays. Usually away every second weekend seeing family. I am pretty tidy. I don't leave dishes around the place or random bits and bobs. Would like to find a roommate who is clean but not ocd clean. Looking for a room to rent or another flatmate to find something together.
Hello! I'm Lachlan, 28, full time public servant and an expat of Brisbane / adoptee of Canberra since 2016. I'm on the hunt for a new share house because the landlord has unfortunately decided to sell our homely current place. Here's a quick run down of me: - I'm a well trained housemate skilled in cleaning, bill paying and anything around the yard, - I have hobbies that keep me busy so I'm often out of the house (State Emergency Service, cycling / hiking, reading), - I'm away every few weekends and occasionally for work, - Enjoy a chat while cooking dinner, - My partying days are behind me, but I'm easy going on having friends / partners over etc. - I get along with just about everyone, and especially dogs and cats. Get in touch if you think we would get along! Cheers Lachlan
Hi! I'm Vin, I work full time at ANU, teaching and doing cool research on mutant plants! When I'm not working, I like to kick back with a wine or cider and a good conversation or some Netflix. My passions include teaching, cooking, dancing and being active. I also enjoy playing board games, trying out new brunch spots on the weekends and going on hikes/picnics. I am a very tidy person and value cleanliness. I am quite social and easy going, but also appreciate my space and privacy sometimes. If this sounds like your ideal housemate, please get in touch and we can arrange to meet for a coffee!

Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
Hi, Im Cassidy im a full time ANU student studying language. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle, im either at uni or studying. But im also friendly. Im clean, tidy, quiet and reliable and i dont mind doing my share with household duties. comfortable with any animals. Ive had experience renting rooms so i know how it works well enough. It would be great to find a place near ANU, walking distance would be amazing, but i understand its not as likely, so somewhere near a bus stop is great. Get in touch, please contact me if you have a room that is suitable.
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)

I am an extremely clean person whom is a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning, I am a good cook (I'm italian so it runs in my blood), a quiet house mate whom you will hardly know is even there unless you need my help for something. I'm a guidance counsellor, business manager and travel agent by trade, so I make a great listener and I am very opened minded (probably the least judgemental person you'll ever meet). We love meeting new people and are warm, friendly and conscientious.

The place sits in a great location, literally a few minutes to anything in Belconnen. The property is set back and up off the street so it's quite private with low maintenance front and rear yards. There's a spare carport space if you have a car and at the back there's a small shed for you to store any stuff you might have. Inside, it gets the morning and afternoon sun and lots of ventilation since it has an East-West facing. Large open plan downstairs living area with a large 3-seater leather chaise, dining table and a well equipped and modern kitchen. There's also a large laundry with front load washer and a second toilet downstairs. Upstairs are the bedrooms and share bathroom. All bills shared equally.
A fully furnished double size room with BIR in house in belconnen. Older style, cosy 4 bedroom house with 2 toilets and one bathroom. Relaxed, friendly, neat and tidy house. 180 per week or 210 for couple with shared bills. Possible option to extend.
