2 Bedroom unit with the second bedroom available for rent. You would be sharing the bathroom with the other tenant, the place is fully furnished with a sofa bed couch, TV, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and stove and dining room table. Feel free tho to add any other furniture you want to bring along. The second bedroom is unfurnished. It does however have a cupboard and it's own air con in the room. It's a nice 3-5 minute walk to the strand and a 3-5 minute drive to Coles. Looking for someone to move in ASAP, so feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to check the place out.

Eco and queer friendly and keen for people wanting to exercise, garden, cook or take time out to ourselves and come back together. Students or backpackers welcome. Spare room for friends or family when they come to visit. Share house work and bills. No pool but close enough to strand pool that no problems. Room size is medium. Lock up shed. Internet and electricity $20 week per person.
Heey, I have a room for rent in a shared awesome house for SHORT TERM (28/06 to 27/07). The house is located by the beach on The Strand by the rockpool. It is a nice house tucked in behind a unit so there is a lot of privacy from the main balcony. But you can still hear the waves crashing on the shore. :) The room has a queen size bed, desk, chair and other pieces of furniture, large wardrobe with plenty of storage. Weekly rent includes all bills. PM me if interested. I'm looking for someone willing to rent the room throughout this period preferably. Looking forward in hearing from you.
Hi there! We are two German students who will be attending JCU from July to December. We are studying Biology in Germany and are planning to major in Marine Biology in a few years which is why we are so excited to visit Australia for the first time. We enjoy going out with new friends and spending time cooking or doing sports. We are non-smokers and fun to live with :)
Quite, clean and respectful. We are both from Townsville and need a place to stay ASAP. We are generally not home very often and are at work most the day. We do gym outside of work and we don't bring friends and people over regularly or at all. Although we are young we are mature.
Hey, My name is Dave and I am a 30 year old Canadian who will be living in Townville long term. I will be attending James Cook University taking environmental sciences. I am also a scuba diving instructor and will be looking for work in the tourism or hospitality industry while I am here as well. I am an easy going guy who likes to keep my space tidy. I am into fitness and the outdoors who also enjoys being social and would like to be living with like minded people. It would be great if I could come and check out the room in your house and meet you as well. I will be looking to move in around the last two weeks of July. Thanks for your time, Dave Charlton
I am a Danish engineering student, going for a semester in Townsville (2. period 2017). Looking for a place to stay during my study period. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. Contact me if you want to know more.
I enjoy being and meeting with people. I am friendly, intelligent and fun to be around. I love to learn and to be learned. I am studying to be a Civil Engineering Professor and welcome the presence of others. I recently moved here from Adelaide.

Currently I work permanent part-time so my job is stable. I'm currently trying to improve my health too so if your looking for a fitness buddy Im your girl!
25 year old Graphic Designer - new to town and looking to move out of my current accommodation to somewhere closer to the CBD. I'm not fussy, quite social and love pets. Hit me up. Jake
Always creating :) Dedicated to my german shepherd x Boji. Love music, skating, alt lifestyle, gardening and the international community. Super low maintenance. Peace!
Easy-going, quiet, respectful of privacy and people's space and belongings, trustworthy. Very tidy and clean up after myself. Not a party person - prefer to have coffees, read a book. Happy to have chats. I will be working overnight shifts starting in a couple of weeks so will mostly be awake/social in the afternoons and weekends. I'm a student on a leave of absence this year. Trying to become more active such as kayaking and cycling. Love going for walks along the strand listening to music and ending up in Juliette's for a coffee. Love to travel when I have the time and money.
I recently moved to Townsville to start work for a surveying company in the city. I drove up from Melbourne in our campervan, so needless to say I'm an adventurous person. I'm hoping to join a nice, down-to-earth household near Townsville city. I'm not a party-animal, I'd rather have a quiet night in than paint the town. I like animals, so I'm happy to live somewhere with pets. I enjoy getting outdoors on the weekends, cooking and listening to all sorts of music... at a respectful volume :)
