Currently working at Coles in Glendale so looking to stay local. Have a gorgeous cat Tink who looks like she's still a kitten. She's fully house trained and is a giant sook. Have an entire house of furniture so just need your own stuff or I have some spare pieces you can use
Neat, respectful and easy going. Happy to keep to myself and/or be social with others. I enjoy cooking and don’t mind doing the dishes! I am relatively quiet and enjoy my own company, so there’s no risk of any wild parties or anything of the sort happening. I do however like to chat to people and love having good people that I get along with around me if having me be a bit more of a social butterfly is preferred. I’m pretty chilled either way :) I do smoke, but no more than maybe five or less in any one day and would always do so outside in a well ventilated area, I also have a good habit of disposing of cigarette butts appropriately and promptly once finished. I am currently, and have been for the last seven years, working as an AIN, and often am working on a rotating roster, so shift work is inevitable. I am happy to move out of where I am now and into a new place ASAP! :) look forward to hopefully meeting nice people and living in a comfortable, relaxed and cosy feeling home Kindest regards, B.

This little gem of a house is located near shops such as the restaurants, post office, IGA, library, swimming pool, etc. It's also less than 1km from the Lake and Speers Point Park. Bus routes are 44, 270 and 271. Nearest train station is Cockle Creek Station approximately 20 minute walk or 6 minute cycle. The place has air-conditioning in the living room and dining. The room available is generous and able to fit a queen bed and a small desk at the end. Decent size built in robes with full length mirrors and high ceilings. Rent included internet bills. Couple are welcome at $220/week rent but will get the larger bedroom. Please note, although the house is furnished. It will not be furnished.
Hey I'm Eilysh ('eye-lish'), I am 22 year old female, relocating to Newcastle from Victoria. I have just finished my Bachelor Degree of Nursing. I am friendly, tidy and responsible. I love all things ocean and outdoors related but also love reading and art. I love hanging out and drinking tea/coffee with mates but am also happy chilling on my own. Can be found checking out local live music artists/bands and hitting up markets on the w/e. Looking for some cool, relaxed people to meet and share a house with. Shoot me a message if you think we'll be a good fit!
Hi it's Ei, a full time health professional. I am looking for house share near John hunter hospital. I am a friendly person and easy to get along with. I am clean and tidy and also respect others' personal space.
Hello Everyone! *IMPORTANT FOR TEAMUPS: I have found a really nice place in Rankin Park with 3 rooms. It has AC in each bedroom, 3 bathrooms and it is very new. This place looks amazing so I don't think it will be available for long so please contact me ASAP so we can lock this place in. UPDATE: I viewed the place today and it looks really nice. The air conditioning goes downstairs too so this place is going to be great for summer and it is literally brand new so whoever moves in will be the first tenants in this place (it also has a really cool bath if that's your thing)* I am an electronic engineering student at UON who needs a new place as my current housemates are moving out of this place when the lease ends in early December (I am sub-letting from them). I'm fun and up to talk but also like my space and privacy so can respect others. I like being clean and organised and believe that if a household stays on top of chores and the boring stuff then it makes it easier in the long run. In saying that, I am easy-going and know that sometimes life gets crazy so I wont threaten a housemate if dishes are left in the sink one time. I can move whenever between now and when I get kicked out. Contact me if you want to meet up for coffee or a bite or just a chat
1 double Bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe Ducted air conditioning throughout the house new kitchen and bathroom. New carpet. New appliances include fridge and washing machine. 2 living areas (including a queensland style room outside) driveway parking available as well as street parking. There is also an additional toilet located in the backyard shed The street is quiet and is an approx 5 min drive to Stockland Glendale. House is furnished, however we are flexible if you have your own furnishing. All Bills are included in the rent including unlimited internet This is a non smoking house and a no party house as well. No Pets.
The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shared) with off street parking in a carport. The third bedroom is an office at the moment so it would only be the two of us sharing the house. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, it currently has a double bed and bedside table in there but I can get rid of that if you already have your own furniture. The house has a good size back deck with a barbeque to sit out and relax. You can also walk down to the footpath/bike track that goes around the lake to Warners Bay. The house is furnished, dishwashing machine, gas stove, air conditioning in the lounge room and ceiling fans in bedrooms. There is storage room in the garage if needed. It is only a 1 minute walk to the shops at Speers Point (pharmacy, newsagency etc.) and Pippi’s at the Point Pub with recently renovated restaurant. It is also super close to Speers Point Park with public swimming pool and where the council often puts functions on.
Hey guys! I'm Shan, pretty cruisy to live with, i clean up after myself, like to cook for housemates and am pretty balanced with wanting to be social and chill by myself. I'm currently working full time as a business manager at a car dealership in Newcastle and studying for a new career, length of stay could be anywhere from 6-10 months as I'm hoping to be accepted into the Police force which requires me to move out to Goulburn in August if accepted. I'm a very clean person and always happy to help with things around the house. I am looking for a place where I can have my own space to study and flat mates that are always open to getting coffee or Cocktails. Massive animal lover and happy socialising or just doing my own things.
Hey, I'm a 25yo retail assistant/soon-to-be-again student just looking for a pretty chill house to move into or some easy-going people to team up with for a place. I work part-time, normally about 3 days a week, but also volunteer at a few local art galleries and will be starting my second BA this year at UNSW (commuting 1 day a week to start) so I'm out quite a bit. I stay pretty busy so I do like being able to come home to a kinda quiet place and having my space but still would love to move into a place with similar people that I could get along and hang out with. I'm tentatively looking for a place for 6 months right now just because if my study load/number of days I need to be in Sydney changes with later uni terms then I'll probably move down there later on. Message me if you have any more questions :)
Moving to Newcastle from Melbourne for a sea change:) Love getting outdoors, the beach, cinema.out for dinners/drinks or just Netflix and a wine at home. I come with my 6 month old Maltese x Poodle Charlie who is a little shy but super friendly and playful. He will be outside during the day but sleeps in my room at night. I'm clean, friendly and respectful. Looking for flatmate/s who like to socialise occasionally but also enjoy their own company.
I’m easy to get along with and to talk to, I’ll be studying at uon in a degree of communications. I’ll also be working casually on top of my study. I’d love to live with a welcoming group of people who are both social and like to chill on their own. I love to cook (I’ll be nice and share😉) , write and read.
