Clean and tidy people. We like things in there place. And we are quiet so we wont annoy any neighbours. We would look after a place as if it were our own
A short walk to main shops, bbq available, outdoor sitting area, veggie garden, clean and tidy, indoor plants and a wood fire for the winter. A hand with cleaning would be appreciated, drugs and smoking are a no no in this fairly peaceful house.
Hi my name is Arron, I am 30 y.o. but I look a lot younger than my age. I am currently single & I work full time with no pets. I'm also a non smoker! I am clean, & a hygiene conscious person. I respect others & hope for the same in return, as I treat others as I would want to be treated. I am down to earth & get along with most personalities. I enjoy going out some weekends to visit family or to let off some steam with friends. When I am home I usually like to watch a few movies or play the Xbox online with friends. If I'm living with a housemate I'm usually the type to do my own thing as I'm independent, but enjoy the occasional chat & banter. I respect others privacy & hope for the same. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Hi, My name is Kerri and I'm a 40 y.o. female, non-smoker, currently studying psychology and working part-time. I am originally from Adelaide, but am in the process of moving from Ballarat (where I live at the moment) to the Strathalbyn area in late January/early February 2018 (my moving date is flexible - earlier in Jan or later in Feb would also be fine). I am in the process of changing careers to become a psychologist, having previously worked as an accountant for many years. I am a friendly, responsible, neat and honest person (with a current police clearance), and am also a quiet person (so there won't be any unexpected people dropping over to your house!). In my free time I like to read, use my computer or watch a bit of TV (also enjoy cards and board games if I have someone to play with!). I also love bush walking and photography. As I'm studying a lot of the time, I would prefer a quiet household with only one other roommate and no children (pets are fine :) Due to my course being online, I would also need a house with internet access, but am happy to pay the internet cost myself if there is no internet available in the house currently. I LOVE all animals, especially dogs and birds, so I would be very happy to help you look after any pets you might have, or pet-sit while you are away. I am also happy to assist with any small gardening tasks and share household chores, but would be doing my own food shopping and cooking. As a side note - I also 'share custody' of two beautiful Italian Greyhound dogs and some ageing budgies, none of which live with me, but they instead live with a friend in Milang, so I would be out of the house visiting them in Milang daily (as I do not expect to find share accommodation where I could have them with me, even part-time, and I'm ok with that). Thank you for your consideration of me as a potential housemate. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me :) Kerri

Hi! My name is Amy, I am 30 years old. I work as a veterinary nurse full time. I need to relocate for work. I enjoy the beach, I love animals obviously and I also enjoy sitting outside and having a quiet drink or BBQ! I also like to going snorkelling and enjoy watching a good series on Netflix! I really want to enjoy living with my future housemates so I am looking for people who are similar in age and also like-minded, respectful of each other and also willing to keep a clean and happy home! I am looking to move out in January. Thanks Amy
I got all the basics covered: I don't make a mess of things; I pay my fair share, on time; and, I've been told I'm not a jerk! What more could you ask for? I cook very well, but I'm not good at making desserts... Sorry if you were looking for someone who makes lots of "extra cookies" all the time (I know they are in high demand). Running is my primary form of exercise, but I just like to get outside. I have many hobbies, so I'm not that good at any of them. I'm an open book. If you want to know more, please get in touch.

Semi rural property located 6 minute drive from woodcroft shopping centre, schools, woodcroft library and public transport. Ideal location if you are after somewhere quiet to study or relax. House is situated on 3/4 acre block with beautiful gully views. Split system heating and cooling and a combustion heater for winter (ceiling fan in bedrooms as well, will update photos). 20-25 mins drive from Flinders Uni. Good sized rooms with built in wardrobes and comes furnished (can remove if necessary). I am a 35 year old active female who is looking for another like minded individual to share with. I work full time and have a very friendly well trained dog (who lives inside and outside). I am pretty relaxed and easy going. Not really a party house if that makes sense. I am a clean, neat and tidy individual and I expect that room mates will be the same. I don't smoke, so smokers need not apply. Room mates should be a student or full time employed. Possibly more suited for more mature adult due to quiet country setting but is available to anyone. Bills include water and electricity
I'm tidy. easy to get along with, not in to partying every weekend. Can be good company but also know when to leave someone to their own time.
I'm very tidy, and take pride in the cleanliness of my living space. I am very easy going and friendly. I love getting to know new and interesting people. I am not judgemental and understand that everyone is different, I just want to help other people through life and I expect others to do the same for me. I am very honest, and reliable. I have my own transport, so no need for close access to public transport. I love kids, I hope to start studying to become a primary school teacher in the new year. I love animals and have my own kitty, her name is Bobbi, so a pet friendly home is a must. I was a dancer all through highschool and am looking to get back into it after taking a year off. I love movies, books and music. I really enjoy traveling and hope to travel the world one day with my boyfriend 😊
I'm a 3rd year student at Monash University from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia doing my final semester in Clayton and I'm looking for a new home for 6 months. I'm really neat and tidy and respectful of other people's things and spaces. I'm really easy to talk to, fun loving, laidback and I won't leave my dirty plates in the sink for days at a time. Other facts about me: I'm vegetarian so you'll never have to worry about me stealing your food. I love movies/tv shows. I'm a sucker for chick flicks and superhero movies. I'm really into yoga so if you're into it too you'd be getting a housemate AND a yoga buddy. My Spotify playlist consists of mainly Pop/Billboard Top 100s songs but I promise not to overplay The Chainsmokers. Always open to listening to new bands/music. Really into fashion/beauty stuff so if you want someone who will always say yes to going shopping, I'm your girl. I primarily speak English. I know a little bit of Mandarin and I'm currently learning French.
I love gardening and cooking and can contribute to the household in many ways. I'm a teacher who until recently was living with my two boys. I love my boys and would like an environment pleasing to them although they would not be living there. I'm sensitive and caring and I don't mind sharing.
Hi, I'm a student who values studying and nature! I'm an A grade student (which my reports can prove), and am extremely independent; I've been living out of home for about a year and a half now, and living independently for around a year with my dad's permission (I can provide references if you want, or you could contact my dad). I'm very responsible, usually very quiet and I can keep to myself. I occasionally have friends over, but never any more than two people at a time. I love writing, drawing, singing, fitness, and I plan on joining the army once I graduate! I'm part of the C3 Adelaide Hills Church in Hahndorf, and on the music/worship team as a singer for C3 Friday Night Youth. I've just recently joined a gym in Bridgewater. I was born and grew up in the hills, and so I'd love to continue staying in the hills as it's genuinely my home! I've been renting in Mount Barker since April, but due to distance issues, school and etc-era I'm just looking for somewhere closer to the Aldgate/Stirling area. I've just been accepted into the ASMS (which is on the Flinder's University campus), so I'm looking for somewhere to move into asap so I can organise myself for school. I also receive my own income, so there's no worry about me being unable to pay rent. :) Where I currently live, I also look after my own living room area, balcony and bathroom. It would be preferred if there was internet/internet access included so I could continue to do my homework. :)
