House is semi furnished (e.g. one lounge room is empty and one bed room is a spare for any guests- leaving enough room if someone has something to bring). 10 mins to the Ashfield train station, 2 mins to the river, 10 mins to airport (not on flight path), 15 mins by car/train to city, swan valley round the corner. Nice neighbors who are always keen for a cheeky beer or going for some food. Ducted aircon, but tend to use the inbuilt ceiling light fans as the house is double glazed in parts so does not get very hot. I am looking at potentially getting solar and have some work benefits on my gas, so bills between people wouldn't amount to much. I am a mining engineer and I moved from Brisbane to Perth about a year ago for a FIFO job. My roster is week on week off. I like playing sports such as Gaelic football and tennis, and going rockclimbing. I also like having lazy nights at home, cooking with a glass of red and watching movies or TV shows and reading (especially fantasy or historical fiction). While I am definitely not a party animal, I do like to have friends over for a games night or dinner, or have our own 'family' dinners! I am also very keen to see more of what Perth and the surrounding areas have to offer, especially going camping and four wheel driving.
