Welcome to our home! Hey:) Molly (23) and I (30) have a large furnished or unfurnished room available with built in robes, as our flatmate Kiera is returning to Austria on the 19th of November. A little about us; Molly is studying Medical Science and working hospitality, and I work 9-5 with the RAA. Our house is very homely, we enjoy home cooked meals, and when the weather is warmer the backyard is our favourite spot. We have a dog each, a Kelpie X Collie called Mungo and a Kelpie called Cujo (dog lovers encouraged). We are looking for a a friendly, easy going person/couple to move into a large room. Obviously we like cleanliness, dishes done after you cook and once a week the shared spaces are cleaned. Someone who enjoys a few laughs, good conversation, quality tv shows, decent music, and a weekend beerski. The house is full of character, huge rooms, high ceilings, and a spare study is available if you need it. Perfectly located between the CBD, beach and public transport. Unlimited internet is included but water/gas/electricity bills are split between all. If you feel this place could be your next home feel free to contact me. :) Kate ps couples are welcome to apply but the rent would be split between 4, approximately $120 each person per week. Note from Kiera: This is the best house with the best flatmates you could ever wish for!! I came here for a uni exchange semester from Austria and living in this house is the main reason why my stay here has been so memorable. Kate and Molly made me feel so much at home <3 if you love skiing, food, dogs and wine you're allowed to replace me ;)
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!

I would say I am a laid back and down to earth person with a strong passion for technology and the arts. I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
Hi! Our names are Clare and Renee and we are looking for a new housemate to team up with to start a new lease on a house (preferably around Goodwood area) around the end of November. A bit about us: We are both studying postgraduate med at Flinders, and will be embarking on the joys of 3rd year next year. This means that during the week we are both on placement Monday - Friday and keeping up with general study. However, in our downtime we like to enjoy the finer things in life e.g. a glass of red (or ten), episodes of Grey's Anatomy, attending social gatherings and keeping active. We would ideally like to find a male house mate who is tidy, easy-going and can offer some good household banter - but we are also open to moving in with another female as well.
Hi, My name is Emma, I am 26 and a currently work as a Social Worker. I have lived in shared houses before and am fairly easy going and friendly. I am respectful and tidy. I love to travel, have a wine and socialize but also love my down time. Looking for some great easy going housemates to live with :)
*Only seeking a large room with ensuite. (Min 3.5x3.5 metres- i have a king bed 😀) Hey! I'm Lucy, Im a 32 year old, tour guide (i work away- home one week, away the next). I am looking for a friendly, modern, clean place to live..hopefully with a large bedroom, own bathroom.. i have my own bedroom furniture, and a couch, so space to put that would be great. Can spend around $250 a week if its an amazing place with lots of space! I'm a great housemate (if I dont say so myself!), I'm clean but not super crazy about it, I'm quiet but friendly and social. When I'm home I like to cook yummy meals, read, go to the pool/gym/yoga/beach and the occasional glass of wine. I've lived in a few share houses over the years and have just moved back to Adelaide and excited to be here! I love animals (but don't have any). Im open to any suburbs close to Adelaide or the beach. Let me know if you have a suitable room to rent. I look forward to meeting you. Please sms or email me-i dont answer calls from unknown numbers :) Lucy :)
I'm looking for a place with a good location and good people. I'm a pretty busy person but I would love to live with people who have things in common and are up for activities every now and again
I have just returned to Radelaide after living and modelling in Melbourne for 18 months. Now I'm working as a florist in Hindsmarsh (so prepare yourself for flowers). I'm a mega friendly person and almost always have a smile on my face - I will laugh at all of your jokes! My partner and I will be moving in to our own place in the new year but in the meantime I am really keen to maintain independence and maybe make some friends (:
Hi, I'm studying Health Science at the University of Adelaide, and work a couple of jobs. I'm super busy and rarely home, but I'm nice :)
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Although of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I wouldnt mind any pets around the house. In fact, I would be glad to make new furry friends :P If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of November Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Looking forward to great times together !
A house replete with all the modern conveniences, including a spa, pool table, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and healthy board game collection. Additional to this there are medieval conveniences in the form of a sprawling vegetable garden and an intimidating chilli plant. Conveniently located at a nexus of public transport, so ideal for those who wish to commute to University, but also contains a carport for those that prefer instead to travel in moderate luxury.
Excellent location - Internet included Fully furnished modern 5 bedroom two storey home with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, two living areas, and an outside courtyard. We have several rooms available November! All single rooms include a king single bed, built in wardrobes, study desk, lamp and chair. There is a generous allowance for electricity, gas and water included. Internet is also included. The bus stop which goes into the city is within walking distance of the property. Generous Utility Allowance!!! Please call during business hours 9am-5pm or email/SMS anytime. RLA 182385
This property is in a great location. Just 15 minute bus trip from Adelaide CBD and 10 minute drive. Less than 10 minute drive to Glenelg beach. Also less than 1km away from a local Coles and shopping centre (K-mart, bakery, Cibo, Nandos etc). Parks and bus stops nearby. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout house. The room is upstairs and private. Queen sized bed included. Plenty of cupboard space plus drawers. Desk available. Bathroom shared (with 1) upstairs and laundry toilet downstairs. Two large lounge areas with plasma TVs, open plan kitchen, outdoor area with table and grass. Internet not included in rent - $23 a month standard rate.
I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
Hey I'm Hannah, I'm currently living by myself but looking for housemate to get a new place with. I work full time as a gym manager and personal trainer and keep fairly busy. I'm super clean and tidy and also like the quiet so would need a housemate who was similar in that way! I also have a cat who is very friendly so would need someone who could live with him too! I enjoy company but also like my own space. I spend most of my spare time at the gym training! I rarely go out so not one to have parties etc. I'm hoping to find someone similar who I could get along well with, male or female.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me & I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying. I've recently moved from Brisbane & looking forward to getting established here.
I am looking for a new place call home with some easy going, fun loving, house mates (preferably female) who will be happy to share their home with me and my two furbabies. I currently work full time and also casually in hospitality so I come and go and fair bit and when I'm not at bootcamp or hot yoga I enjoy dinners and chats over a glass of wine and movie nights in with a glass of wine. Did I mention wine? I'm not looking for a party house but I do like to have dinner dates and the occasional night on the town. I come with baggage (dont we all) - two well behaved indoor cats who spend most of their time sleeping, eating or chasing each other around he house (well the younger one chases, the older one runs away). I hope that my new housemates can get along with my feline friends. If you are keen on teaming up or have a room to rent let me know. I am hoping to say out in the Western suburbs, near the beach or close to the city. Send me a message if you are keen! Happy house hunting 😸
Hi! my name's Drew, I love to have a chat, get along with anybody, and have shared houses before & am well aware of the etiquette required! I'm currently completing my Pilot's licence, so spend a lot of time studying, along with leading an active lifestyle & I attempt to eat healthy when I can be bothered. I am usually attached at the hip by my 4 year old english staffy (the smaller kind!). Everyone loves Hank when they meet him, he's very quiet, very well trained & loves people. Anything else you need to know? Don't be afraid to ask.
Hi Mate, I'm an Indian migrated from Dubai. I love the company of friendly, humble and honest people. I'm a HR Professional & Administrator currently looking out for a suitable job prospect. I'm currently put up at a Hotel in Wakefield Street, CBD Adelaide. I enjoy listening to music and watching movies.
2 story, 3 bedroom townhouse - good for student living. Close to the City, Glenelg and Flinders Uni. Walking distance to shopping centre, buses and tram. Small bedroom, furnished with built in wardrobe Rent includes internet access. Off street parking. Air conditioning and heating. Outdoor BBQ. Small storage shed to fit bikes. No pets allowed. No smoking.
The house is fully furnished, clean, bright and in a great location. It has a central heating/cooling system, newish kitchen and bathroom, and a great small backyard perfect for summer BBQs and growing veggies. It's near the tram, bus, and train (all modes of public transport!) and only 5 kms from the centre of town, walking distance to the Sunday Farmers' Market and to Goodwood Road. Internet speed is quite good and didn't give us any issues when we had 4 people streaming at the same time. The room is big enough for a double bed, chest of drawers/bedside table and small desk. It has a built in wardrobe and is rented at $130 per week. The room can come with or without furniture. Bills usually come in per quarter and average at $20 or $25 per week, so $130 + bills would equate to a weekly cost of roughly $150
Situated perfectly between the City and Glenelg, this 2 year old townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 living areas. Would be sharing with a couple who have the main room, but the available room is of a good size. the house is completely furnished besides the bedroom. $170 per week, which includes free use of the internet/netflix, utilities are an additional cost. The rent is divided by the number of people in the house, so if there were a couple, the rent would change accordingly.
I'm a clean bubbly happy person to live with. I love my food and cooking meals. I'm into my fitness but do like to have a glass of red from time to time. I am a social person but am not a party girl would rather a BBQ or a drink at a nice pub these days. I am looking to live with clean people that like to be social with you but obviously like there own privacy.
Rent includes ALL bills: water, electricity, wifi internet. House is not shared with other tenants, this is a self-contained unit. 5 min walk to Kurralta Park shopping Centre and the bus stop to city only 20 meters away! Perfect for students. Move straight in and enjoy the convenience!!
Includes ALL bills! 2x rooms available. Room 1: $150 p.w. for room at the front of the house with large window looking out the front yard. Can easily fit double or queen bed and a wardrobe. Room 2: $170 p.w. Bedroom with separate, attached area overlooking the rear yard, which can be used as a study, mini-lounge area, or even walk-in wardrobe. It's up to you! Room unfurnished but have a queen bed if needed. Rent includes: water, electricity, gas, wifi internet! Fridge and washing machine also provided. 5 min walk to Kurralta Park shopping Centre and a bus stop to city is only 20 meters away! Perfect for students. Move straight in and enjoy the convenience!!
Beautiful sunny first story unit in quiet group, 2 mins walk from tram, train, bus at Goodwood. One double bedroom (bir), one single bedroom (bir), separate lounge/dine/kitchen, r/c air conditioning, floating floorboards, bath, shower, balcony, ceiling fans, sep laundry, covered carpark, second carpark. Some furniture available - dining table/chairs, book cases, double bed, more by negotiation.
The best part about this property is the location. 3 minute walk to the tram (Goodwood stop 3) that goes into the city and to Glenelg and bus stops along the road. 2 minute walk to the Goody, 5 minute walk to Foodland and cafes, 10 minute walk to fast food, 15 minute walk to Hyde Park shopping & restaurants. Sunday's enjoy the Wayville Farmer's Market opposite the road for cheap, local produce. The unit is newly renovated and has a large open living kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The unit is fully furnished - the room is optionally furnished (new queen bed & bedside table). Excellent air-con & heating with fans in each room, quiet neighbours, small shared back and front yard, gas stove & instant hot water, electric oven, carpeted rooms, floating floor boards in common areas, small balcony off lounge. On street parking out the front of the unit is always available.
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.
This is a 2 bedroom house in Plympton, 2.5 if you include the office with a sofa bed. But this isn't just a house, this is a home, somewhere to chillax, unwind and live safe and stress free. These are some of the things I value. I have been renting this house a little over 6 years, it has character and a warm and comfortable vibe. Across the road is a sporting oval making for a better than average view. 6km to the city, 6km to Glenelg, great location for a great price. Oh did I mention the larger than usual backyard? Rent includes internet (half of 200gb), a gardener and Netflix costs. Bills are split evenly as they come in but I'm a conscious user of power and water so they are usually pretty low. A little about me: I am a 30 year old professional guy, working in the city, dedicating my time to helping others. I am pretty focused on my work so I love to unwind at home. I do my partying outside of the home but enjoy get togethers for a bbq and beers on occasion. I like good music, good friends and am generally pretty chilled. Happy to make a new friend and have a chat around the table or on my variety of amazing couches. Sorry this is not a party house. I have a 2yo female blue heeler who is 90% an outside dog, she is very friendly and loves to play. About you: If you are respectful, responsible, reliable and generally all round nice person, then I would be more than happy to hear from you. Email only at this stage please. Room is unfurnished but apart from that I have everything else you need. Looking for someone around my age and am not fussed on gender If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Cheers Reece
I'm a health professional recently moved back to Adelaide from the Gold Coast after 10 years away. I love food and wine, lazy lunches and getting out in nature (I'm a country kid). Looking to share with reasonably social friendly people who like a laugh.
