We both very tidy and like living in a clean house with other easy to get along with people such as ourselves!
Im 24 and have been living in Adelaide for almost 4 years now. Currently I am studying full time and work 20-25 hours a week. I am quiet, tidy and keep my things organised. I enjoy spending time around the house chilling out. I enjoy socialising and like to get to know my housemates, however i am happy to keep to myself too! I own a whole house of furniture and appliances so I would be keen on either joining an existing household or starting a new one! I come with an unlimited internet plan, netflix and premium spotify ;)
This has been our house for the last 3 years, could it be yours? Hi! I’m Kate and I currently hold the lease on this property, which has been home to me and three other girls. However I just bought a house of my own and now we have two rooms to rent until the lease runs out on 4 June. For the past 3 years this all girls house has been life expanding! Clair is staying on in the house and two rooms have opened up. A little from Clair; I've lived in this house for about 8 months, and have loved being here. The place is full of character and has the perfect deck for an afternoon wine. I work a 9-5 job as a magazine editor, and spend a lot of my weekends in the surf or at the beach. A bit about the house and room: This solid brick bungalow is located on a 900sqm corner block with high fences around the property. Cars can be securely stored behind lockable gates. The property is pet friendly. The house is full of character, huge rooms, high ceilings, cool in summer and warm in winter. Perfectly located between the CBD, beach and public transport. There are buses close by to get to Adelaide Uni, UniSA and Flinders. The rooms up for grabs are huge (4.5m2) and bright. They are $160 per week, internet included but other bills are shared. The house is furnished, and there is an option for the room to be partially furnished too. If you feel this place could be your next home feel free to contact me. :) Kate
Hi, My names Nath I'm 28 and I just moved to adelaide from Melbourne in November I'm looking to move closer to the city (I work on king William st), I've lived in Adelaide before when I was 20 for 2 years, I'm an animal welfare inspector (investigate cruelty) atm but moving to become a senior investigator in another field :) I'm just a normal guy I guess but I am looking to make friends while here, I'll be flying back to Melbourne abit, I'm into summer festivals and I train at the gym, I'm really tidy and respectful and lived in a heap of share houses (currently living with 4 friends)
Having lived around the globe in rented properties with housemates from a varied background I have developed my expertise in being adaptable, respecting personal space and timely payment of bills. I like to keep my home clean and tidy so I hope my future housemate would be someone who cleans up after self. There is a lot to me and it would take ages to draft it all in this box so it would be better if we could catch up for a cuppa and chat in order to ascertain if we could be housemates. I would prefer a place in close proximity to the city, public transport, supermarket, and a gym. Ideally on/close to ANZAC highway. I don't have any pets but I do love them, especially dogs and bunnies.

Hi I work at a restaurant at Glenelg, i spend much of my spare time on the computer and the rest at the gym. Looking for easy going housemates that don't steal my cheese. looking forward to meeting you :D
3rd year at Adelaide Uni, studying teaching, I've lived in share houses before, from the Riverland. I would say I'm pretty laid back, don't mind a few drinks but usually spend my time on assignments, watching movies or nba just looking for someplace peaceful and preferably close to the city I'm pretty opened minded and don't take myself that seriously!
I’m really neat and I enjoy company. I have a medium sized labradoodle who does not shed, is very friendly and trained. I looking for a house preferably near a train station on the Seaford line so I can have easy transport.
Very friendly, considerate, clean and organised individual with a passion for anything creative. I love to get together with housemates to cook a meal and have a few wines and a chat but also very much enjoy time to myself and respect that others do also. On weekends you'll most likely find me gardening, sewing, drawing or perfecting my next dish to try out on willing housemates :) I am extremely clean and tidy and like to have my house looking lovely. I am excited to meet my next housemate(s), so if you think i might be a suitable fit then let's talk!
I'm looking to move asap. A bit about myself: I work full time as an Accountant in the city. Head to the gym after work most days and lay low on the weekends. Tidy and usually keep to myself but always up for a chat/drink.
Hello, I am looking for a suitable flatmate. The unit is a 2-bedroom fully furnished, located near to stop 3 in Richmond road (bus 167, 168), only 5-10 minutes to city by bus or 15 minutes by bike also close to Glenelg beach. The available room is spacious with a single size bed and plenty of storage space. If this sound something you like, contact me either by text or reply here.
Hi. I'm Diego from Brazil I'm a full-time worker and my wife Samanta is a full-time student. We're very friendly, easy going and clean. We just moved to Adelaide and we are looking for a home close to the city or really close to some beach.
Hi! I've recently discharged from full time service in the ADF and have returned to uni this year to study a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at UNISA full time. I'm still employed with Defence and do reserve work throughout Adelaide, which is enough to support me comfortably in addition to Aus study, but I'm also seeking a second casual job. I'm a approachable, self aware, reasonable, assertive, transparent, adventurous and all round a friendly person. I'm also very clean (will give numbers of people to vouch for this if required), respect the space and ideals of others and will just do something that needs doing, rather than simply walk past it because "it's someone else's turn to do". I'm into hiking, cooking, music, photography, bouldering, chatty people, travel, coffee, gin and creativity. I'm looking to move somewhere long term within the first week of the first mid semester break (13 Apr - 28 Apr), ideally with people who want to actually be friends, rather than just housemates who only do their own thing. Either the room I'm allocated or somewhere else in the house needs to have space for a small study desk. I do still own a motorbike which I'm trying to sell, so if there is secure space somewhere in the meantime, that would be a bonus. Happy to househunt with people or move into a pre-existing arrangement. If you'd like to catch up over a drink or coffee and have a chat, please hit me up! :) Josh

A 23 year old vegan female looking to move out of her family home in the hills. I’ve just finished a psychology degree and currently hold 3 jobs averaging 40 hours a week. I’m a very clean & considerate person and hope to move out in mid April 😻
Hi, my name is Juneal! My partner and I are looking for a place to move into fairly soon. I am looking for a place with really good access to public transport as I will need to use public transport to go to and from work. I work full time but have a desire to start studying soon! I am a very clean person and fairly private but don’t mind the occasional catch up.
Hi! I'm a music theatre student at Adelaide Uni so my days are mostly taken up being at uni. For the 2nd and 3rd year of it, I will mostly likely be out of the house a lot and won't come home late because of rehearsals. Which is why I'm looking for a house situated near North Terrace. Also, I tend to practice singing, dancing, acting and guitar so I hope you won't mind the noise. I am introverted so I'm most likely to just stay in my room out of everyone's way. However, I'll come out every so often to have a chat with you. I am into video games, movies and Netflix. Because of the contact hours of my degree, I am unable to find a stable casual/part-time work for now and only relying on Centrelink money. Hence why I'd need a cheap place to rent which includes all utilities in the payment. (Max budget includes water, gas, electricity, internet. I know that's a stretch but I'm currently paying 135$ for rent including everything except food. It's just that the location is too far from uni). Once I find the job I will be able to increase payments depending on the hours. I'm a transmale (FtM), currently transitioning. LGBTQ+ friendly
I’m 23, work full time (45+ hrs/week) and am looking to go back to study soon. I am very clean in communal areas - I tidy up after myself constantly. I like a quiet space at home to think and create, however I do like a get together once in a while with a few beers or a glass of wine and good music (I LOVE my mellow tunes). I want to start eating a vegetarian diet again so a housemate in the same boat would be grand! (but not necessary). Long story short - I’m a nice human being who loves chats and music/going to gigs, being in touch with nature, some solitude, meditation and adventure. I also love fresh produce and want to start getting into growing my own veggies etc. I love ethically sourced things and want to minimise my plastic usage/my impact on the environment. I do not own a car but ride my push bike everywhere, so I wouldn't need a parking space. I am always punctual with rent/bills and I am very respectful of other people.
hey, im looking for a place I can crack a beer and watch some telly after working all day.im 18 and a mechanic apprentice. I like cooking so surprises come your way and I normally am stocked with red tinnys if youre keen.
Hello!! I'm a uni student looking for a relaxed share house that I can study in and also meet new people and share a few wines or beers with house mates. I work as a barista at a café in Port Adelaide. When i'm not studying I like to go away in my camper van, hang out with my mates, enjoy live music, gardening and cooking. I like to think i'm a pretty easy going person, I like to socialize but I also value personal space. I like to try live as environmentally friendly as possible.
I am a 24 year old Apprentice Chef who is easy going, clean, and honest. I love sports and fitness, requiring accommodation ASAP.
Clean, easy going, a good laff Hospo worker, working out what to do with life Hope to find a place with 1 or two similar souls
hello future house mates, im coming to Adelaide for the first time and hoping to settle in for the long term. After a few years of travel and living abroad i think i figured out what i want to do with my life, and i have decided to go to art school. in an attempt to not go broke i will spend as much spare time as possible on side hustles and part time gigs. although i may not be much of a home body i would still love to find a house full of people that are keen on the usual shared meal. As for what i offer, bulk budget meal ideas, carpentry/handyman repair skills, friendly conversation and of course weekly rent :)
Hey I'm Daniel, I'm 23; I'm currently work in hospitality. I spend most of my time at work, at the gym or catching up with friends. Having lived in shared accomodation since the age of 18 I understand the necessity of being tidy, personal space and paying bills on time. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message :)
I am from Istanbul. I traveled more than 30 and lived in 4 countries. I like nature, discovering new places and experiencing different cultures. I am into fitness, yoga and meditation as well as hanging out and partying sometimes. Its all about balance;) I have lived in shared houses and also on my own so I am clean, tidy and respectful in terms of my flatmates' privacy and also I know how to take care of a house.
I finally have a job job after a couple of years in Vietnam and Spain, and it's past time to move out of my parents'! My interests cover a pretty broad range, from cooking food and listening to podcasts, to discussing society and exploring new places. I love all sorts of sports but don't play much, unless biking or climbing count. I'm also a bit of a chameleon, and love to engage with people about whatever they're interested in. My room may not be a shining beacon of tidiness, but I always clean up after myself, and leave shared spaces looking better than I found them. I'm an occasional vaper and occasional drinker... ya know, all things in moderation.
