Hi guys, looking for a final tenant for my home in Glenfield Park! It’s a lovely suburb with a very family friendly community. The house has spacious living with access to unlimited internet included in your weekly rent. The room is decked out with either a double or queen bed, study desk and office chair, along with a built in wardrobe and drawers. We also have an evaporative air con and heater along with a shared tv. Would work great for a uni student, as I’m a student myself and I know how expensive it can be to camp out at the uni! (Linen and pillows not included)
This is a large house, with 4 bedrooms. There is a very large garage that can fit 4 cars inside and 5 cars on the driveway. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are all shared. Room is a bedsit outside of the house. Room equipped with dining table. Plenty of storage. It has a refrigerated air con unit. There are no amenities outside, you need to come inside to use the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, cutlery, and crockery. There is a bbq and large outside living area that you are welcome to use. You will have your own large, private lounge room. All bills are included in the weekly rent. If you have any questions or would like to arrange an appointment, please text or call. Thanks, Dee.
We're in a nice clean house with a big backyard, located in a quiet area close to central Wagga. Just a short walk or drive to Lake Albert, the botanic gardens, Wagga beach or the main street. Quiet neighbours, no loud parties and little car traffic noise. The room available is large, unfurnished with a big built in wardrobe and wooden floorboards. We are on a lease through til mid-October and would require our new housemate to add their name to the lease. Bond would be two weeks rent to the real estate, with an additional two weeks rent paid in advance.
The house is fully furnished, with NBN connected to the property. Located close to the Bourke St shops and South City a quick car ride away. The house is a 70s house so it needs a little bit of cosmetic work doing when I'm finally rich but everything is functional. Every room has ceiling fans and currently little fan heaters provide heating if needed in the rooms. Kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven that works well for basic baked goods. Charles Sturt Uni is a 10-15 minute drive from the house and off street parking is available. Parking is usually done on a first out last in the drive approach. Pets considered on consultation, with preference given to outside animals. The backyard has previously had a kelpie in it with no concerns about escape. There are other dogs in the neighbourhood and several cats owned by the neighbours.
Huge house, 4 bedrooms but we keep the fourth one empty. Plenty of living and outdoor areas. 2 bathrooms and great deck out the back. Close to town and botanic gardens. Unlimited Internet is approximately $23 a month. We also get the lawns mowed when needed (about every three weeks) and we split this cost. Electricity and gas is approximately $200 per quarter. You will need to apply to the real estate to live here, and sign the lease. It’s a really simple process. Message me for more information.
I’m a 19 year old female. I’m studying to become a nurse and am wanting to specialise in paramedics in the future. I am currently working as a bartender / waitress. I’m social but do enjoy quite time to myself at home. Tidy & respectful.
I'm Mackenna and I plan to move out of home to get closer to work and University I love cooking at home and a glass of wine and enjoy a social household as much as a Netflix binge. I work two different jobs while attending my first year of university, so I'm quite busy but I enjoy hanging out when I am home. I am a clean and respectful person and I am an ease to live with. I will prefer to move in during February/March, but am looking at feelers to secure a place now. :)

Hi, I'm Amie - 29 and am pretty chilled, I have lived with others before and am respectful of others property and personal space. I am tidy and clean up after myself. I currently work full time - 5 days a week as a medical secretary. I am not a party animal but can enjoy the occasional drink every now and then.
Hey there! My name is Bec and I’m a young health professional who recently relocated to Wagga for a change! When I’m not working I love cooking, wine and a good cheeseboard on the weekends. I have a wonderful golden retriever called rover who loves people and sleeping in unusual locations. I’m originally from Darwin and am looking for a room somewhere with like minded young professionals who love good banter and bad television ❤️
Hi! I'm currently in my 3rd year of studying Medical Imaging at CSU and working casually. I am very easy going, tidy and respectful of others space. However, I am also up for a few drinks on the weekends or a quiet netflix sesh. I am after a room to rent aspa. Thanks!
I'm a young-ish professional doing paid training in Wagga for the next 6 months. I'm looking for a place near the centre of town. I'm quiet and tidy and happy to chill, but will have no concerns if left alone. I'm into boardgames, movies/shows, and, just generally anything relaxing. I would definitely be keen to head to some sort of trivia events. I also exercise regularly, but that's generally not really a social activity.
