I work full time in the city. I have a dog who is my everything and his needs come first! I do travel sometimes for work, but otherwise I'm happy socialising, going out for breaky, running after work, cooking, chilling at home. I take pride in where I live and am looking to create a new home with someone else where there's lots of natural light in a neautiful setting. I'm happy to furnish it as interior decorating is an interest of mine and the environment i'm looking to create is a home where we both feel comfortable and happy.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
The room is equipped with a double bed with a mattress, TV, 2xbedside tables and a cupboard for storage. The common area includes a study desk and a chair with a table lamp which can either be converted into a tiny home-office or study. This desk can solely be used by yourself as I don't use it.
Two stories double brick house with two kitchens, three bathrooms and central air con, the internet we have here is cable so it's relatively fast. The room that's being rented out has its own balcony, wardrobe, bedding and studying desk, all bills are shared which works out to be $40~50 per month per person. Right outside the house there's a H22 bus stop going straight to city through Grenfel Street (UniSA/Ade Uni East Campus) and Currie Street (UniSA West Campus), takes roughly 20 mins to get to the city. There is also bus stop within 5 mins walking distance which can take you straight to UniSA Magill Campus which the bus ride usually takes less than 10 minutes. Looking for non-smoking female Chinese tenants only, would like to keep the place tidy and clean at all times.
Joe and I are from the UK and are currently travelling around Australia. We are currently working in Woodside for the Vintage and would like to stay in the area for the next two months. For rent 1x room in a shared house with 2 male house mates. Close to Magill University, Foodland, Gyms, and has a Coles, Kmart and Woolworths within 8 minutes. The house is a short 3 minute walk to a bus stop. The room available is 3x3, has enough room for up to a queen size bed and has a set of built in’s. You’d be sharing the bathroom with housemate 2. You’ll mainly have to yourself due to him spending 2-4 days a week in the house and him not taking up hardly any space. We have a new TV, Washing Machine, Fridge and Lounge. Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a o year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. Most people always comment on how obedient and loyal she is and the ones who have spent some time with her baby sitting her for me have gotten attached to her. A decent backyard is also optimal. If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have just moved into this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone (or two) to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden which will soon be getting planted for winter, so if there is something you like, place your orders. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking, though you may have to hang around for a bit, as they are just finishing up. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this will be changing. I will be landscaping it in the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and bills will be included in the price.
