The house is located in a very quiet and safe area, its brand new and equipped with central heating and cooling in all rooms, and also comes with a modern and stylish kitchen and living room. The house location is very convenient to bus stops, train stations, and quite close to Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Hi, I’m Kai! I’m relaxed and I’m flexible around whether you want me to talk every night or keep to myself. I like a clean bathroom. If you need someone with muscles I got you - I’m handy to have around the house. Looking for a place with some people that I can get along with well. Please text if you’d like to contact me.
You will have your own private room in this flatshare with double size bed and your own study desk, wardrobe. Free access to WIFI... Near Coles, Woolworths and Malvern central. Surrounding with Pubs and restaurants. The house is amazing for getting around, with trains and trams very close by..
My name's Mira, I'm 21, born and raised Melbourne :D AND I come with 2 majestic creatures (indoor cats that are very cute and clean)! I'm an artist and graphic designer currently studying at Melbourne University. I also ride my bike a bit, and attempt to go on jogs (in my head). I'm not very good at cooking, but I am good at keeping a kitchen clean ;D. I'm really just looking for a house or group of people that do their dishes in reasonable time (i.e. don't pile them up for a week until someone else cleans them) and who also don't do wild parties and drugs. Also people who don't hate cats. Also just generally respectful people. Hmu if I sound cool to you~ I'm looking to move out by the end of the year*
Private room with ensuite. Lovely apartment, fully furnished with TV, table, sofa except the bed (I can get you one or if you have one). $250 for one person or $320 for two include all bills. Great property, 7 mins from Holmesglen station and restaurants. 10 mins from Chadstone shopping center by bus. There are two rooms & two bathrooms in the apartment. We'll share the the Internet and bill which are around $25 per week. I'll be your only flatmate:)
I'm a Deakin student doing a double degree in Law/International Studies and work part time. I have a dog, Otto, who is 3, so I need a place with a backyard and people who are willing to live alongside a good boy. I am clean and look after my dog as if he was my own son. I work/study hard and spend a lot of time dedicated to those things. I'm relaxed and easy to get along with Otto is a German Shepherd cross Kelpie, is house trained, doesn't bark but will growl at strangers coming into the house, friendly with other animals and has never displayed any aggression. May get over excited at times but will listen when he is being told off. He will need an enclosed backyard so he cannot sneak away in the night. I'm more than happy to take the role of house gardener to clean up any mess Otto might make there. I enjoy a chat, I like to read, I spend most of my time studying, I can cook and I'm a vegan :) I'll be studying until the end of 2021 so I'd like to find a place I can be in until I finish
We are looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6 months and who would be happy to go on the lease :D The house has a TV that has a couple different consoles with heaps of games. We have pretty fast NBN internet for gamers too. For those who have cars we have off-street parking and onstreet parking too. For those travelling by ptv the 767 bus is literally right outside the house and goes to box hill, chadstone, southland and also takes you to Jordanville station (Glen waverley line, 3mins to get to by bus). 0nce you get on the train it's a 30min ride to the city. The room up for grabs is a master bedroom with two wardrobes and your own bathroom and toilet! (Other housemates share their own bathroom). There's a big window for heaps of light and you can lock your door from the inside for privacy. It doesn't come with furniture, but you could fit the world in there if you have heaps of furniture. There is also potentially a smaller room ($469/month) up for grabs. If you are a student or on low income and just want a large space with crazy affordable rent then it's perfect! Hope to hear from you!
Hey there :) we are Jess and Tom, a couple moving to Melbourne 6 Jan 2020 to study at Deakin and Holmesglen respectively. Looking for teamups or to move into an established sharehouse, or if we get a place first, housemates! We have a shy but cuddly 6 year old cat and a super sweet 1 year old Husky x Border Collie dog, so we are looking to live with people who like animals and don't mind them inside the house. We're only really looking for a house - we need a backyard for the puppo, and besides that we're both outdoorsy and would feel too cooped up without a garden. We're both house-trained, reasonably clean and respectful of shared spaces. We'll also be moving over with a fridge, tv, hammock, vacuum, kitchen stuff if that helps :). We have our own bedroom furniture so require an unfurnished room.
Hi! I am Sancha a full time Social Worker (working Monday-Friday between 8-6 on most days). I am easy going and love keeping my space clean, tidy and well maintained. Love trying new social activities (always down to go to the night noodle markets or to the local cafes when friends are playing live music), baking, travelling, reading, watching movies and listening to music. Not a party animal but happy to have an occasional drink with friends. Love to socialise and hit the gym in my free time so rarely at home during the week.
Hi! My name is Zoe, I'm 22 years old and in my 4th and final year of Nursing/Midwifery at Deakin in Burwood. I am looking for a place to call home from the beginning of January to the end of May In my spare time I love cooking and eating, drawing, listening to music and spending time outdoors :) I'm a friendly and easygoing girl and have been living in share houses for the last 3 years so I am very well house-trained! I have stable part time work and always pay rent and bills on time. I love to have a chat with my housemates but also respect and understand that everyone needs time to chill and relax by themselves!
Hi there! I'm David, I’m professionally employed working full-time in the corporate world - so paying bills on time isn't a problem. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink and have no pets. I’m very relaxed with an easygoing personality. I'm tidy, quiet, considerate and respect the privacy of others. My partying days are well and truly behind me - so I'm not looking for a party house! These days I prefer to quietly relax and engage in good conversation with friends. Look forward to finding my new housemate/s!
