Professional career. Ambitious. Friendly. Self sufficient and respect space - but a house as friends is better than house as strangers. I work full-time and do something almost each night of the week. What's amazing: - Positive and ambitious people - Good humour - Easy going. "Does it really matter if I accidentally used your mug, Karen!" - Dogs.. if you have one - Fine with social houses What I'm into: - Travel. I'll be moving out once I can figure out how to become rich and do this permanently - Learning and doing new things - Positive environments - Business and entrepreneurship - Pretending to be productive when you're actually Youtube or Netflix bingeing (JRE, GoT, Westworld) Looking more for the person (or people) than the place - good people make good homes. Guys or girls.
I work full time in IT, and tend to live pretty quietly and keep reasonable hours. For the most part I keep to myself, but I'm certainly happy to be sociable with my housemates. I'll never make mess in communal areas, won't have raucous parties or make a lot of noise. I'm used to living in student housing, so if there's decent insulation and heating, then I'm pretty happy, and it's a step up from what I'm used to :). I currently own a large desk and bed that I'm quite attached to and don't have anywhere else to store, so I won't be able to move into an unfurnished room.
Hi Are you interested to team up and rent a house? Please message me if you are interested. I am a hard working, honest individual and usually finish work around 6 pm. I am friendly, helpful and polite, and have a good sense of humor. I am a quite person, not noisy and I respect other people's privacy that are present in the house. I cook as well and overall a good house mate. Thanks
My boyfriend and I will be moving from the Sunshine Coast to the area in 2019 for study at Deakin Burwood campus, we are both laid back, clean and organized people. He is a chef and I will be seeking casual work whilst studying so we would like a home where we can relax and hangout whilst also respecting much needed downtime. We love cooking for others (bonus), big music and animal lovers with good dress sense and are easy to get along with!

**Looking for a place ASAP** I'm a pretty laid back bloke. I enjoy cooking, sports(Love my NRL), and a bit of friendly banter. I currently volunteer at a school in Glen Waverley 3 days a week, and I'm also looking for more work in the youth work field. I don't smoke, and I don't mind a cheeky beverage every now and again. Please feel free to contact me to discuss things further! 😁👌
I’m looking preferably for someone to team up with otherwise to share with one person. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. I would like to share with someone nice who’s easy going with a good sense of humour, likes to have fun and is reliable, trustworthy and considerate with good vibes. No candle or incense burning people please. For teaming up I’m only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. For moving in it’s important that the place is clean, in good condition and well-maintained throughout. Polished boards or other non-carpet floor covering in living areas, ac, dishwasher, proper blackout blinds or curtains, no skylights, and a garage or carport. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone, pottering around in the kitchen or trying to catch up on sleep. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and move date - happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
I´m a full-time business and marketing student and work part time as an optical assistant, I'm very clean, organised (some times too much with my things), respectful and easy going person. Hello there! My name is Kym and I love travelling, cooking gluten free foods and going out with friends or just chilling out with Netflix. I'm a very easy going and tidy person that is always up for a chat and doesn't mind a bit of housework. I currently work full time in Prahran and am looking for somewhere a little closer to work that I can make my own.
I'm Norayr (Norry), 23. Looking for a room in Melbourne's Inner South-east or Bayside, relatively close to where I work. With sharehouse experience. I work in Aviation as a flight instructor. Love travelling, cooking, catching up with friends, pets (I have a yellow lab but he won't be living with me) and music. I also drive so some sort of parking space would be ideal. Requiring a medium to large room, preferably unfurnished. I have my own furniture. Looking for a room in an existing sharehouse, or team-up.
Originally from regional Victoria, but working full time in finance in the city during the week. Away most weekends, and looking for somewhere to be during the week and some weekends.

Hi I'm Miguel, I'm going to be taking up Master's in Public Health (Global Health Advocacy) at ACU. I'm friendly, easy going and I enjoy cooking. Generally I enjoy staying in but I'm game for the occasional bar hop and dine out. I enjoy video games and table top games (DnD and Warhammer 40k). I clean up after myself, will respect the common areas shared in the house/flat, and rent will be on time. Cheers!
Im a prospective student from Lebanon at Deakin Burwood and im looking for a place to stay. I have a BE in computer Engineering and I’m going for my Masters Degree now. Hi guys, My name's Trang, and I work full-time in healthcare sector at 2 different clinics and ideally would like to find somewhere in between. I'm pretty easy going and get along well with everyone, clean and responsible as I have lived in shared house before. Love watching Friends, enjoy running and travelling :) I'm looking for a room but also interested in teaming up. Hoping to find somewhere long term. If you have any questions let me know. Cheers
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
