Hi there, I'm Amy, a 26-year-old high school teacher from Queensland. I'm fairly active and play various sports, dance ballet, run and enjoy a good kickboxing session. I also really love the arts, so I'm constantly on the lookout for new exhibitions/shows to see. I love to cook and make a mean chocolate souffle. I am very clean and would prefer to live with someone at least a little similar. I have shared before with no issues and am very reliable (references available if you would like them). I am mostly chilled out during the week, however I would like to live in a home where I am able to bring a friend or two to on the weekend for a quiet drink or dinner. I also value open communication and am very respectful of others' and their space. I don't own any pets but will love yours as my own. I'm also ideally looking for somewhere with my own bathroom. If you think I would fit in nicely in your home please get in touch! :)
Hey funky souls! I am Alannah and I am a student at Deakin University in Burwood, originally from South Gippsland, studying my first year of Psychology. I'm looking for accommodation around the areas listed. I loooove having gaming tournaments (esp. N64 oml), board game nights, feasts, rock climbing, and petting any doggo or floofer that lives. 🐈🐕 I am super passionate about the N64, environment, the N64, food, exercise, veganism (but no hate towards people who aren't it's all g), and the N64. So if you can mentally prepare your stomach for some cooked up 10/10 meals and perhaps some 007 or Mario Kart tournaments that'd be ace. On a more serious note I am clean, tidy, very respective of people, their personal choices and privacy, and super chill with pretty much everything. 😁 Don't hesitate to contact me! Thank you for reading and we look forward to reading your messages! Cheers guys xx
Great house, Very clean & comfortable, good kitchen, fully furnished, separate bathroom, 2 living spaces plus outdoor living zone. Close to Holmesglen station. 2 rooms available - Ideal for young student or mature age person wanting short term accommodation. Medium sized room - will fit double bed if preferred. Flexible on furnishing room - Very relaxed environment. Must love dogs! Non smokers only.
I am from Mumbai, India and I shall be pursuing MBA degree from Deakin University from February 2017. I enjoy playing & watching cricket and soccer. I am adventurous, outdoorsy and I have a habit of going on trips and treks at least once in a fortnight (solo and group). I love to experience new things and I am definitely not an introvert.
I'm an open minded, very out going, bit of a party loving, enjoys music sort of person. Just got into Deakin University, need a place to stay for a year or more under the budget with some nice similar mindset people.
Hi, I am Thilina , an IT professional who is moving to Melbourne on 5th Feb with my family. I have three kids and they are at the age of nine(boy), three(boy) and 6months(girl) Both short and long term preferred.
I am an 18 year old male who currently lives in Albury NSW. I just received my acceptance letter to Deakin University Burwood Campus to study Bachelor of Law & Bachelor of International Studies. I am looking to move in early/mid February. I like to travel overseas, I have been to New Zealand, America, Philippines, New Caledonia, Vietnam, Vanuatu. I have a Labrador at home named Toby who I will miss when away from home. My interests include: athletics and spending time with my friends
Very easy going, reliable and clean. Going back to study full time, part time job on the side. Ideally seeking others who are interested in teaming up for a new share house as I have had nightmares moving into rooms in existing share-houses in regards to outstanding bills upon moving in, bond transfers... etc. Would prefer a fresh start, with the lease and bills in everyones name. However would consider moving into an unfurnished room in an existing house given that everything is sorted out properly and the existing housemates are the right fit. Move in date on or just before the 18th of march when my current lease expires. Flexible with stay length but would ideally like a minimum of one year so things are nice and settled. Send me a message if you are interested in teaming up or have something that you reckon would be suitable.
Hi. I'm a 29 year old primary school teacher. I studied Exercise Science in Melbourne and finished in 2009. For the last six years I have traveled and worked at Adventure Camps with kids. I have lived in Canada and England. I love being active, sociable and also relaxing. Respecting peoples things and space is important. I am currently looking for a place for myself, however in April my Canadian girlfriend (Emily) will be moving to Australia. She is a dietitian working in Uganda. We love to cook (Emily is much better than me, I am an excellent helper) and have a glass of wine/scotch. We are both very welcoming, friendly and positive people, it's important to us that any place we live feels like a home for us and everyone in it. If we are cooking flatmates/friends are always welcome to join, with no obligation. I am looking for a place with an on-suite/private bathroom. Male/Female/couples are welcome to contact me. If any of this sparks an interest feel free to shoot me a msg and we can catch up and see if it's a match. Definitely open to teaming up. Looking to move ASAP as the school term starts in less than 2 weeks.
Hi my name is Victor, currently working full time as a Business Development Coordinator. Looking for a place in the South Eastern suburbs. Hey I'm Rose - 19, quiet, clean, always friendly. I'm starting at Deakin Uni in Feb and am looking to rent with other females near the university. I'll be in Melbourne from Jan 28 so will be available to look at properties from this date onward.
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time as a project engineer. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with, reliable and very sociable. I’m very neat and clean up after myself religiously. I have had experience living in share houses and on my own before so I am aware of what is expected. Besides working usual hours of 8am-5pm, in my spare time I love to play guitar, binge watch crappy TV shows and eat more than I probably should. I am usually out and about on weekends, but also enjoy the occasional night in. I would love to move into a place with social people of similar age who would be up for sharing a couple of meals or drinks with each other now and then. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

I'm currently studying a bachelor of Laws/Commerce at Deakin University in Burwood and am in my fifth year. I am looking to move closer to university to focus on my studies. I am easy going and respectable of others privacy but also enjoy a good chat. I'm extremely clean and tidy. I enjoy my own space but also love to socialise around dinner and a few drinks. I am looking for a friendly and inviting share house, so please feel free to contact me if you have something like this available!
Welcome to our home! You will enjoy staying in the comfortably furnished spare room with a queen size bed with desk, shelves, lamp plus very large cupboard space. Your room has ducted heating, opening lockable window with fly screen plus a stand alone fan for warmer days. You will share a large bathroom, with separate shower and bath, with my mature son, plus the separate toilet. He is tidy, I promise! The main living / dining area is open planned, has a large flat screen TV plus Netflix unlimited streaming plus free wifi. Happy to extend the Netflix access to your device (PC / MAC / ipad) so you can also enjoy movies in your own space. The kitchen is modern, with gas cooking, electric oven, large fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. Ducted heating throughout and reverse cycle cooling (in lounge only) makes it perfect for all seasons. There is a separate laundry, with large washer, dryer, clothes line and drying racks. Your bedroom offers excellent sunset views, as we are on a hill, surrounded by gardens and mature trees. Birds abound! We have a lovely, private courtyard garden, with a swing seat and garden furniture, for reading or sunning. Plus we have a BBQ. We are a short walk to trains and buses, close to Deakin (2km – easy bus ride) and Holmesglen (1 stop on train) or 15 minute drive to Monash Clayton. Only 1km to a large supermarket or a few metres to a milk bar, café and convenience food shops. We have 2 friendly cats who mainly sleep on the beds, so close your door if you don't want a guest!!
I am Daryl, friendly yet responsible person. I like meeting new friends and have a chat with them. I am an overseas student , came from the Philippines. I love to travel, listen to good music and of course sleep. I can be responsible with chores in the house that's why i can easily get along with.
I will be moving from Adelaide to Melbourne in February this year. It would be great to move in with people who are familiar with Melbourne and could help me get used to the area, and show me a bit of the nightlife so I could start to meet more people. - starting a full time nursing degree at Deakin University - finding part time work - vegan - non-smoker
Yo, my names Tom and I just graduated high school in Adelaide! I rock climb lots and therefore have killer abs, enjoy reading, mixing music (I'll bring some dope speakers over from Adelaide to share + promise to not use them loudly or in excess) as well as cycling, motorcycling, swimming, yoga, reading and casual doodling! I'm also pretty techy, love computers and have worked for 4 years as a barista in a dodgy coffee shop! I graduated last year with a 96.6 Atar (Physics, Maths Studies, English Studies, Music Ensemble + Solo performance and Chemistry) and am hoping to study either a course in computer science or a double degree in arts/science @ Monash... However, all that being said, I'm basically pretty quiet easy going dude, so if you're looking for someone friendly who won't be a hassle, I'm your bloke! P.S. I can cook, clean, wash clothes and all that jazz because my mum is a legend and taught me how since I was a little-tiny-tootsie-toddler. Would give myself an IKEA furniture+ rating for DIY skills, could put up homemade shelves and whatnot in a pinch!
I am a French student and I am going to do an internship in a consultancy agency in Camberwell. I will work Monday to Friday. I am looking for clean and neat flatmates but I am also looking for fun flatmates to have a chat and go out on weekends.
Looking for a place for myself and my partner Josh. I'm currently seeking new forms of employment, but also looking at my study options in Melbourne, which will include me attending Swinburne or Monash Universities, and studying Nursing. Josh is working full time, as a Customer Service Representative in a lock smith company. Josh is currently located in Perth, and is moving to Melbourne in March. We would strongly prefer, to have a place for ourselves or limited people, and a furnished room. If Bills can include, gas / water / power and internet, that would be great, else we can work something out. Josh's work is located around Mount Waverley, so somewhere between that and the city, would be ideal. Also my partner has a car, and i'll be looking at buying one soon. So street parking or parking available would be great. Would be great if the rent included bills! Thanks.
Hey, I'm Alex. I'm an 18yo university student from Queensland. I'm studying 2nd year Engineering/Architecture at Monash Uni, full time - so my hours can be all over the place but I'll usually be at a desk somewhere. I am a pretty quiet person, but I love hanging out with friends. I like music, a good book, art and the outdoors. I can also make some mean meals. I am a tidy person who will happily help out with cleaning.
I'm a friendly and easygoing recent uni graduate looking to find a place before I begin my full time graduate position in April. I'm an active, adventure loving individual who can also appreciate a chill night in. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies and anything outdoors. I play netball 2-3 times a week. Rented before so know the sharehouse etiquette. I am clean and tidy, respect other people's belongings, reliable, and can get along with others.
Hi, I'm an easy going relaxed male. I do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. I also work in the women's footwear industry. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong, a G &T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle!

I am a student at Deakin University from Sri Lanka, 20 years old, studying public relation to get into entertainment pr in the future. I am fun and also clean and tidy, most importantly I pay everything on time, LOL.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
We are 3 international female students from Dubai looking for any place to stay with 3 available rooms somewhere close to Deakin University in Burwood, or easily reachable via tram/bus. Preferably a girls only house/flat. We would love to socialize as well, however if the remaining tenants do not wish to, we can maintain privacy and stick to our own rooms as well. Quite flexible in every way.
Moving into Melbourne from Mount Gambier, SA, with a friend of many years, We're both looking for a place to both have a great time and also relax and have quiet nights in. (Nick) I'm more than happy to do more than my share of the cooking as I've spent the past year working inside of a kitchen where I've picked up a few things including a passion for food. Both Dylan and I plan to find new jobs on top of our study as soon as we're settled to add extra income and luxuries to the home.
I'm a new student at Deakin moving from Brisbane. I'm tidy, quiet and easy to get along with. I have had held my part time job for more than a year before deciding to move to Melbourne and will continue to hold a part time job in the future.
Hey potential housemates, I'm Gab. Just finished studying as a paralegal and work in retail until I find a job in that industry. I'm easy going, clean, reliable, down to earth and have lived in sharehouses for about 6 years. I'm looking to move in hopefully by the end of Jan but can move in earlier. Looking for a decent sized room to fit a queen bed and a desk. Preferably with a wardrobe. Looking to live with people who have lived in sharehouses before, can clean up after themselves and can have a chat but also do their own thing.
